We had a great experience with Willy and we found an amazing apartment. My partner and I were moving in together and I’m American so we had a lot of trouble trying to find something on our own. We’d spoken with a few agencies who were sending listings that were completely wrong for our budget and requirements. Once we started working with Willy and Hendriks - it was so much better! Willy listened to what we needed, what we hoped to find and what our budget was, and provided listings aligning to this! We also had unique requirements because of our varying work schedules and Willy was always keeping this in mind. Overall- it was a great experience with Willy and I don’t think we would’ve found an apartment without him!

Hendriks Housing has helped us find an appartment for my daughter and her partner. I only have good things to say! They went above and beyond what is usually expected of such a business. Great communication and clear expectations all along the process. We were never left in the dark! It was not too easy to find something but they never tired of looking until the right place came up. Once everything was sorted, there were some issues with appliances in the apartment and the property manager was not particulalrly helpful: The team at Hendriks Housing stayed involved and worked alongside us to get the issues resolved. I want to send a special shout out to Mees who is simply amazing. I am abroad, but this was never an issue. I highly recommend Hendriks Housing and will use their service again anytime!

I collaborated with Rik for finding an apartment for my stay in Amsterdam. As I have never lived in the Netherlands before, he was very helpful and explained to me clearly what’s the best approach in terms of choosing the area where to live, living costs, etc. Rik successfully secured an apartment for me in about 1 week, which was amazing and beyond my expectations given how competitive the rental market is in Amsterdam.
