Highland tour with Neil We were a group of 3 on a Highland tour with Neil (our guide) - visiting Loch Ness, Urquhart Castle, Glen Ord distillery, Culloden Battlefield, Clava Cairns and Culloden viaduct (as well as some stops to see Heilan coos!!). Neil was incredibly hospitable, knowledgeable and attentive with great lunch spot recommendations in Beauly. Highly recommend Happy Tours and would book again - couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Highland tour - Loch Ness & Culloden I enjoyed everything about this tour. Our guide Neil was lovely company and very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to ensure the trip was memorable for the 3 of us. The whiskey tasting at Glen Ord distillery was a first ever experience and it was grand!

Fantastic experience! 100% recommended! We took the Isle of Skye and Loch Ness tour with Happy Tour, and it was absolutely wonderful! A special thanks to our guide, Andrew—he was extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. We saw some truly stunning places and had an unforgettable time. We traveled as a family and had a great experience, but it’s a perfect tour for anyone, including adults traveling without kids. We recommend it 100%!

Beautiful landscape and a wealth of knowledge throughout the tour on geography, forestry, government and history. I’m so glad we did this tour and I’m happy Neil was our guide. We had a fantastic tour of Skye with Neil! He was right on time and immediately made us feel welcomed and comfortable. We were lucky to have a particularly gorgeous day and got to see some really amazing views. We had a very enjoyable lunch at a place Neil recommended. We pretty much got to decide all the stops and how much time we wanted to spend, so we were able to tailor the day to our preferences. I particularly enjoyed Neil’s forestry expertise, which added a fascinating twist to his historical knowledge. I felt like I learned a lot and got to see the beauty of Skye without any of the hassle. We would definitely book with Happy Tours again!

We did a private tour for six of us and the price was extremely affordable. The van was clean and comfortable. My daughter uses a wheelchair and it wasn't any problem putting it in the back. Our driver was so nice and took us to four different places in Inverness. He had a microphone headset which I really appreciated so even the folks in the back could hear everything he said. Our driver walked us around the sites and gave some great history and then gave us time on our own to wander or shop. It was an all around great day and we couldn't have been happier with the service. Thank you!!

Great Tour in Inverness Happy Tours is the best! If I am ever back in Inverness, this will be the company I book with every single time. Cameron was easy and agreeable to book with, especially in offering suggestions for our tour stops. Andrew, our guide, was incredibly accommodating and truly a wonderfully knowledgable teacher of Scottish history. Our stops included a visit to a farm of Scottish coos - there are three coos (all rescue animals) and a darling little shop with all things coo. We took a Loch Ness river tour, which was beautiful. You definitely do get a different view from the middle of the loch. We visited a distillery and took a tour and did some tastings! We also managed some additional stops (Hairy Cook Bakery and the viaduct) - no matter where we stopped, we were always happy with the information. One of my favorite stops was Culloden, which if you are an Outlander fan, you will be familiar with for sure. I read the books and watched the series, but none of my companions had. We all really enjoyed the information that Andrew shared regarding the battle and its outcomes. Finally, Andrew had prearranged with us to drop us off at the Leakey Bookshop since it closes early (5:30) and we might not have been able to check it out otherwise. Be sure to book with Happy Tours as we had a not positive experience with a different company that day before! :)

A Fantastic Day on Isle Of Skye I cannot say enough wonderful things about Happy Tours! The owner, Cameron, literally saved our trip to Inverness from being ruined after another company cancelled on us last minute on the morning of our tour. Isle of Skye was the reason our group decided to come to Inverness, and we booked our tour in January! We couldn't get onto another tour with anyone else so Cameron literally saved the day! Our guide, Andrew, was perfect. He was so knowledgeable about everything Scotland, and trust me, we asked a LOT of questions! Isle of Skye has a bit of a drive to access, so we learned a lot about our locations on the ride to the isle. We had plenty of room for the 4 of us to spread out on the tour bus. I was extremely grateful we had him to drive for us so all we needed to worry about was looking at the absolutely stunning Scottish Highlands. Andrew modified everything to suit our needs. He knew the Fairy Pools were a priority, so allowed us plenty of time to hike to the pools. He gave us insider knowledge of the Urquhart Castle and Old Man of Skorr. He took pictures for us everywhere and made sure that we were having a great time the whole day. I think the best part was that by the end of the day, we were exhausted, but so overwhelmingly happy with how our day had turned out with Happy Tours. I don't think there is any way we could have had a better experience with the other tour company. Book directly with Happy Tours for an amazing day and experience!

We did two incredible tours with Happy Tours and I would highly recommend this company! Cameron was so easy to book with and he was able to accommodate us last minute! He really saved the day and helped us enjoy our time in Inverness! We did the Isle of Skye Tour and a personalized tour that included Loch Ness, a distillery, coos and the battlefield. Our guide Andrew was INCREDIBLE! We were fortunate to have him both days and he was a great tour guide. He was knowledgeable, engaging and fun. He showed us so many amazing sights throughout our tour while also ensuring we saw our priorities as well. Andrew made sure we learned important facts and history about the sights and also had fun along the way. The van was so clean and enjoyable to be in for the two days. 10/10 experience! We had the most incredible time with Andrew as our guide. Our start to our trip to Inverness started out very stressful, we were booked with another tour company and they canceled on us morning of. We reached out to Cameron and he was able to save the day and get us on a new private tour, same day and only a couple hours later than our original plan. We then had the most amazing two days with Andrew who showed us everything on the itinerary and more. The entire time he had us laughing and in awe of all his incredible stories. HIGHLY recommend! We will remember this trip always.

A fantastic day tour! Our family of four, including parents in their 80’s, enjoyed a full day tour with Andrew from Inverness, seeing Clava Cairns, Culloden Battlefield, Inverness Castle, Glen Ord distillery and sights in between. Andrew turned up in full dress kilt and was a delightful fountain of knowledge on local history. Extra care was taken to assist our parents getting close to locations. The personable charm of the Scots was well represented by Andrew and we highly recommend Cameron and his team at Happy Tours!
