We used Neil with Happy Tours for two different days and tours. The first day was the Glenfinnan Viaduct (the Harry Potter train), the Glenfinnan Monument, Fort Williams, Fort Augustus, and Glencoe. The second day, we visited the Isle of Skye, including Kilt Rock, the Quiraing, and Lealt Falls. Both days were long days, but having Neil as our tour guide was fantastic! As it was a personalized tour, we were able to spend the time seeing what we were interested in and stopping when we wanted to. The weather both days was gorgeous, we were told that we couldn't have asked for better weather! We definitely recommend Happy Tours to anyone looking to see as much as possible while in Inverness!

Our autumn colours are fabulous just now, and sunshine creates many great rainbows in The Isle of Skye. Touring at your own pace and to your selected tour stops is the best way to travel at this time of year.

Your photo of the rainbow is just glorious. At this time of year The Isle of Skye has some absolutly beautiful scenery where you can capture the autumn colours as well as fab rainbows. We love you felt safe with Neil, it's such good sense to let a rofessinal drive you around letting you relax and have the best day out.

Had a wonderful tour of the Isle of Skye with Neil from Happy Tours. Communication from Happy Tours (Cameron) was prompt, accurate, and kept us updated on everything. Neil met us at the pickup point and gave us an overview of the day. He asked if we had any special interests and made certain to answer all our questions. Throughout the tour he confirmed the sites we were seeing were what we wanted as well as making sure when had sufficient breaks to get out of the car, walk around, and take care of creature comforts. At no time during any of the stops did I feel like we didn’t have sufficient time to explore. Neil was very knowledgeable and personable. We had excellent conversations throughout the day which made our tour even more enjoyable and added to the experience. I would definitely recommend Happy Tours and guide Neil to anyone wanting a tour of the Highlands.

The best part of our vacation Our group of eight had an incredible two days in Scotland with Happy Tours, and our guide, Andrew, made every moment memorable. We spent one day exploring Loch Ness and another visiting the Scottish Highlands. Andrew was knowledgeable, warm, and full of stories that brought everything to life. Keeping eight people happy is no small feat, but he made it look easy! Our train was delayed, but Andrew made sure we never felt like we were missing out. Even after our trip, he emailed me with history and advice about my family heritage and tartan. Apparently, his excellent hospitality doesn’t end when the tour does! I would book with Happy Tours again in a heartbeat. Next time, I would add the Isle of Skye. We skipped it because of time constraints and concerns about spending too long in the car, but their 16-hour tour sounds well worth making time for. Andrew was amazing, Scotland was amazing, and I can’t wait to go back. Two days were enough to fall in love with Scotland, but nowhere near enough to be ready to leave!

Was able to book an amazing tour with Neil the night before which was so convenient and easy! Neil picked us up at Old Manse Barn at ourAir BnB at promptly 0915, as agreed and even called to let us know he was on the way. We were immediately impressed with the spotless and comfortable tartan Range Rover and Neil’s clan tartan. Our 8 hour tour included: Urquhart Castle, Loch Ness, the Singleton Distillery for a 2-flight tasting, lunch at the Priory in Beauly, a visit to the delightful Robertsons Farms for a peak at Highland Cows, the Culloden Battlefield and the ancient stones at Clava Cairns. We packed in a lot- everything we wanted to do but Neil made it feel relaxed and he was so knowledgeable about everything, we learned so much! I especially appreciated that Neil answered all of our endless questions and his knowledge of forestry and the fauna and flora of the area was extraordinary! Thank you Neil for making our time in Inverness so special!

What a delightful day. We were picked up at our BnB, which was our first treat. We went to Urquhart Castle, Singleton Whiskey Distillery for a couple flighted tastings! We ate lunch in Beauly. Then on to see Heilan Coos. Oh so cute. From there to the battlefield Culloden then the Clava Cairns. Then indirectly home. We were offered a peek at what our tomorrow could hold. The best part about our trip was our guide Neal(sp). He was knowledgeable. We were filled with great facts and information. He allowed us time wherever we needed. Most of all we had fun! We laughed and connected about life. He was great!

Great tour and amazing guide! Arrived hoping for a quick tour the next morning, and everything was perfectly arranged without fuss. We used Happy Tours for a 1 day trip into Speyside visiting distilleries. They were extremely communicative and flexible while arranging this tour for us from another country. Our guide, Neil, was very knowledgeable about the history of Scotland. He quickly figured out our interests and pointed out or stopped at landmarks on the way that we would enjoy seeing. This tour was one of the best days we had while visiting Scotland. We highly recommend Happy Tours.

Highland tour with Neil We were a group of 3 on a Highland tour with Neil (our guide) - visiting Loch Ness, Urquhart Castle, Glen Ord distillery, Culloden Battlefield, Clava Cairns and Culloden viaduct (as well as some stops to see Heilan coos!!). Neil was incredibly hospitable, knowledgeable and attentive with great lunch spot recommendations in Beauly. Highly recommend Happy Tours and would book again - couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
