The delivery was on time and done very well. The delivery person was great! Unfortunately, the 4 washrooms needed a good cleaning before our event. Also, a strong odour emitted from the unit even before the washrooms had been used. I understand that some odour is unavoidable...this is a portable toilet after all...but the smell was so strong that it we needed to buy air fresheners for each washroom just to make using them tolerable. It almost seemed like the tank wasn't emptied before the unit was brought to our venue. When I informed Halco about my disappointment, nothing was done. I gave them a week to respond before I posted this review.
We needed an emergency toilet on our picket lines. I have never had to rent a plastic toilet. I called and spoke to Wanda. She was wonderful to deal with. Wanda made things so easy and also went the extra mile to ensure we could have it delivered asap! I would recommend HALCO to anyone needing their equipment. I will also let Niagara Regional Labor Council know about HALCO should their be any strike or lockouts in Niagara in the future.
Rented the wedding unit this past weekend and service and set up was flawless! Sean was super helpful and upon checking that there wasn't enough gas, he came back later that day to fill up the generator!
Everything went super smoothly and I would highly recommend Halco Portables to everyone!
