I come to the Niagara falls almost every single day and none of these portable toilets have sanitizers on them.

Hello, thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately our washrooms are sometimes subject to vandalism and theft, especially in public areas. When our hand sanitizers are ripped off of the wall or stolen, the city of Niagara Falls must pay for a new one. Each sanitizer costs the city $30. The city has a budget for portable washrooms and if these sanitizers are replaced every week in some cases, the city would be over budget very quickly. It is truly unfortunate that this happens, but I hope you understand that this is not the intention of Halco Portables or the City of Niagara Falls not to supply hand sanitizer.

What a waste of money I can't believe they would allow 2 people to deliver just 1 plastic washroom together today they must enjoy wasting money at this location ive also witness the same 2 people the other day walking down to a place of business together just out for a walk to tanshaw I dont know how the boss would let this happen I seen this when I was at work at A-1 flooring it makes me laugh seeing this they must be lovers or something

I rented portables from Halco in 2025 and the customer service was amazing ... from placing the rental request to pick up after my event ... everyone was friendly, helpful, and very efficient. Now I have three events in 2026, and when I called and gave my name, Wanda immediately pulled up my information and had my agreements typed and sent to me in under 5 minutes! Wow! I didn't think I could be more impressed from my first experience! I will always contact Halco Portables. I HIGHLY recommend this company without any hesitation.

The delivery was on time and done very well. The delivery person was great! Unfortunately, the 4 washrooms needed a good cleaning before our event. Also, a strong odour emitted from the unit even before the washrooms had been used. I understand that some odour is unavoidable...this is a portable toilet after all...but the smell was so strong that it we needed to buy air fresheners for each washroom just to make using them tolerable. It almost seemed like the tank wasn't emptied before the unit was brought to our venue. When I informed Halco about my disappointment, nothing was done. I gave them a week to respond before I posted this review.

I dont know if its normal for their employees to drive like goofs almost rear ending my car with my children in it, on welland 27 backroad passing me on a double solid yellow going 40 over easily,swerving all over the road like he was drunk end of plate for reference. 50618
