I have nothing but good things to say about Drs. Epstein and Kim and their staff! I fractured a tooth in a fall and then developed an abscess and the tooth had to be removed. I got in right away and the procedure went perfectly. I felt they were knowledgeable and serious about my situation and how to minimize any risks- I had IV sedation and did not experience any pain with the extraction and had minimal pain with recovery- As well, the office staff were so kind and helpful. I would recommend this office to anyone without hesitation!! Dr Kim (who I saw at my first appointment) was informed and passionate about his work! I was impressed and so glad I was referred to this office! Update: 3 months out- fully healed (I was worried about osteonecrosis as I had increased risk). No problems-all is fine. I am very grateful for the care I received Both Dr Epstein and Kim are up to date on current research and are dedicated to what they do - I would never go anywhere else! Not as happy second time around for same issue- difficult to communicate with office about issues with prescription pre surgery-will update review later

Super friendly staff and really nice office! Parking isn’t bad. I’m paying out of pocket for a tooth removal I think it’s reasonably priced!! Very happy I found this place

Having surgery that requires anesthesia can be intimidating, but from the very beginning, Dr. Epstein and his entire team made me feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for. By the time surgery day arrived, I felt completely confident in my decision and extremely safe in their hands. Every member of the staff was kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain each step, answer questions, and make sure I knew exactly what to expect. That level of communication and attention made a huge difference. I am tremendously grateful to Dr. Epstein for the excellent care and results. I can't wait to see the final results!!! While Dr. Epstein is the man, the myth, the legend, and an outstanding surgeon whom I would recommend without hesitation, I want to give a special shout-out to Claire (I apologize if I misspelled her name). I initially called with questions about billing and was feeling uncertain about moving forward. Claire didn't just answer my questions, she truly listened. She took the time to understand my concerns, advocated for me, and helped clear up several areas that were confusing. Her willingness to go the extra mile completely changed my experience. In all honesty, I was close to walking away before that conversation. After speaking with Claire, I knew this was the right place for me. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication made all the difference. Thank you, Claire, for everything you did. (You're not too bad yourself, Dr. Epstein. 😉) Highly recommended.

Had all four of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Epstein and was able to go from consult to removal within a week. The staff is super friendly and it made the experience a lot less stressful.

Tommy Kim took out my 4 wisdom teeth while I was under anesthesia. Let me tell you Ive never trusted a man so much with my mouth while I was unconscious. Amazing receptionists and staff as well who helped me at every point when it came to filling out forms for medical leave. 10/10

My college-age daughter needed to get her wisdom teeth removed and we came across Green Lake Oral and Dr Kim. They did a great job at the initial consultation and made my daughter, who had a little anxiety about the whole process, at ease. The actual removal process only took about 45 minutes and she seems to be recovering quite well. Thanks so much!
