We asked for service to get our fireplace up and running and cleaned if needed. They were prompt. They were polite and knowledgeable, answering all my questions. They were professional. The Team at Gray Cat have all been excellent to work with. Each have the customer in mind, extremely helpful, professional and courteous. All are experts in their field. Customer Service has been exceptional. I would highly recommend Gray Cat's products and services, especially to those who are inexperienced with wood burning stoves, fireplaces and chimneys. Great customer service! From start to finish, my two service technicians were professional, informative, very polite and most of all very considerate of my home ( they tracked in a few leaves and I saw them bend down and pick them up by hand and throw away) Replaced all my decorative items back on my fireplace just as they found them. Job well done 👍🏻
