When I called to schedule an inspection and cleaning appointment, the lady I spoke with was very professional and helpful. Technician Cody was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained clearly what was needed and why. I am very satisfied with the service, communication, and professionalism.
This is a outstanding business! Our woodburner was installed incorrectly and Greycat Owner, Jeremiah came and took a look at our Woodstove, and all the parts going out to the roof. He saw where the deficiencies were and fixed them! The cost was very affordable!! They were done in one day! I would highly reccomend this group. They do their work with excellence!!

We had a leak on a chimney chase. Gray Cat came out to inspect and made their proposal to correct mistakes that were made in the previous installation of our chimney piping and chimney cap. They had to tear off previously installed stone veneer, install new waterproof membrane, install new stone veneer, and properly reinstall the chimney cap to correct previous chimney cap installation mistakes. They were very professional in their work and the chimney no longer leaks. Hats off to Jeremiah, Matt, Mason, and Brian. Top notch work done by top notch professionals!!!
