I was disappointed with my experience with AZ Drywall Repair Vancouver. The service did not meet my expectations, and better communication and attention to detail were needed. I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously and works to improve its service.

Gordon came to our place to look at the work needed to repair the holes in the textured ceiling and walls caused by a boiler and baseboard heater replacement. The next day he provided us with a reasonably priced quote. After we accepted the quote he scheduled the work in the time frame we wanted. Gordon's team then arrived at the scheduled time and completed the repairs and refinishing the walls and ceiling in the time frame they stated. In all, Gordon's team did a great job with no issues and cleaned up beautifully. Our place looks new. Excellent experience!

Worth every dime. The work we had to have done was extensive and covered several rooms. The crew was very proficient and set about making us feel at ease on day 1. Results were beautiful and more than we could have expected. Special thanks to Darcy.

Gordon Drywall repainted all interior walls and trim (not ceilings) of our ~4200sq ft home. They did some baseboard repair, installed a couple of new interior doors, did some other drywall repair, and painted the trim of a couple of exterior windows. I was very pleased with the results. The crew that was here was great - very friendly, took care with the house, cleaned up well, was considerate of our still living in the house through the process, and were just generally professional and pleasant. I would happily work with Gordon Drywall and Painting in the future.

Great experience. We had water damage on our ceiling, so they repaired the drywall and painted the whole ceiling. The workers were very nice, efficient, and the price was fair. I had quotes from other companies first and I went with Gordon because they were professional, has existing good reviews and were very easy to communicate with. Thank you so much!!

Experience was amazing, from the start to the end of the project all aspects where communicated to us and follow up questions responded too same day. The project itself went amazing and on-time, it was one of those times we didn't have to worry about anything. We would use them again for our next paint project without hesitation.

After a water pipe replacement which caused a lot of drywall damage throughout the house, Gordon Drywall and Painting’s team repaired all of it to perfection. Very professional work methods and attention to detail were evident all the time during the project. We definitely recommend this company.

The team at Gordon Drywall did a great job for us. We had a basement project, where we removed a wall to create a gym downstairs, along with adding an extension to a wall to fit a custom bar installation. They did a great job at finishing it with attention to detail and a very nice painting job as well. The guys had to deal with structural engineers and city inspectors along the way - they were willing to communicate directly and make sure that we could get the permit closed off and pass inspections. If we saw any tiny needed change to the drywall / extra layer or touch up, they were always open to that and made sure we were happy in the end.

We had an excellent experience working with Gordon Drywall from start to finish. They came to our home before providing a quote so they could properly assess the scope of work, which gave us confidence that the estimate would be accurate and fair. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding. They removed a wall in our basement, built a new wall in another area, installed frame moulding on our foyer, repaired drywall, painted everything, and made sure every detail was completed to a high standard. They take real pride in their work and are true perfectionists, leaving the house clean, polished, and looking better than expected. One thing that really stood out was Shawn's communication. He took the time to speak with us on the phone, explain everything in detail, answer all of our questions honestly, and make sure we were on the same page when we had questions before and during the project. That level of transparency and patience gave us a lot of confidence throughout the project. Like most renovations, a few unforeseen add-ons came up along the way. They handled it with a positive attitude, explained the additional work clearly, and were always fair with any extra costs and additional time needed. At no point did we feel like they were taking advantage of the situation—they were honest, transparent, and solution-oriented, always looking out for the best outcome rather than the easiest one. It's not easy to find contractors who combine exceptional craftsmanship with integrity, but Gordon Drywall does exactly that. If you're looking for a company that is skilled, trustworthy, communicative, and genuinely cares about delivering a high-quality result, I highly recommend Shawn and the Gordon Drywall team. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

We contacted Shawn to have the exterior of our home painted, as well to repair the front porch pillars, replace the lattice that enclosed the lower portion of the front porch, replace a warped board trimming the garage door. We also had painting & drywall repair to our high staircase walls & a small wall In living room. Shawn quoted the job which we felt was a fair price based on the work, set a start date, & the timeframe that the work was expected to take & they did complete it as planned. Communication with Shawn & the team was excellent. Shawn, Becky, Gary & carpenter Mark were punctual, organized, very knowledgeable & skilled at what they do, answering any questions we had. The interior/exterior of our home was treated with great care (especially our hardwood floors/stairs). At the end of each day our house was left tidy. Thank you for doing such a fantastic job!!! We are so pleased with how you transformed our home & couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend! Bob & Karen
