This company really stood out from the rest and the representative who came out really impressed me. Love my new Owens Corning roof. Found this awesome roofing and general contractor in a group forum and they over exceeded my expectations. Great price, great service and excellent communication. Chuck and Cliff were very good with daily updates. Highly recommend.

Had my roof and siding replaced due to an insurance Claim. After a lengthy inspection process and discovering termite damage i hired this company to handle all my home needs. Magnum was exceptional in every category in helping us in getting our home ready for sale. I provided Chuck with my home inspection checklist and he offered to tackle all of the items including the roof replacement, waterproofing the rear basement, fixing the concrete pads broken and raised by tree roots and painting the lower basement walls. It really helped us expedite settlement and the new owners are very happy to say the least. Thank you for your financing as well. It meant a lot to us. 5 star remodeling company hands down.

Being a first-time homeowner, I was not sure what to expect when it came to hiring contractors. I was recommended Magnum by a neighbor. While we had difficulty hearing back from other contractors, Magnum's communication was responsive and thorough. Once the scope was determined, the process to schedule and complete the work was quick! While I believe pricing was fair and potential costs were clearly laid out, it would have been great to have the cost capped at the upper end. Charles was able to give us a reasonable estimate on the potential costs and answer all questions.

Magnum performed a new roof installation, gutters and downspouts and siding project for me. We experienced a terrible wind and hail storm and did not realize that our home was affected as many others in our neighborhood. Chuck and Cliff were quick to respond to our request for a free evaluation and upon their inspection we knew they were the right fit for what we had envisioned for a complete makeover. They were very genuine, sincere and upfront about the entire process. Overall, the costs were fair, reasonable and the materials used were of high quality and my house looks beautiful.
