I called with symptoms of a UTI, and was given an immediate walk in appointment. The entire staff from office personnel to ANP Gemma (sorry if spelling is wrong) were absolutely wonderful, professional, and kind to this elderly woman, and got me the prescription I needed to continue my holiday in impeded. I am utterly disappointed in the service provided, I recently visited the clinic for a private medical exam in order to gain an international residency. This was one of the most difficult parts of the process. False information on time frames resulting in delays elsewhere. Would avoid if time is of essence to you.
Although, I must add, management was super helpful and understanding when concerns were raised and communication was fab. She was very attentive and happy to help where she could which was appreciated and made things a little smoother in the end but unfortunately from my end, it was a little late.
I can’t say the same for other staff members, as someone who has used private medical care for 15 years, I have never experienced such a bad attitude and lack of care from staff, which was only corrected after I contacted management to explain my frustrations. Front of desk staff were more interested in discussing their weekend plans and personal life with other staff upon my first visit. If you have fears or concerns regarding you’re treatment, there is very little patience regarding this, more frustration from their side.
For a private clinic charging such high level prices, need to do better.

As tourists from NZ, we were delighted to get an appointment that morning and Gemma squeezed my husband in for a check too. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The waiting room was comfortable and being able to have some water and a cup of tea was a bonus. Gemma was thorough, professional and empathetic. We were very grateful for the level of care we received.
