On peut difficilement trouver un appartement qui remplit autant de critères! Hard to fine better!
Emplacement idyllique devant la mer, sans la nuisance des voitures, quelques mètres à franchir pour se trouver sur une plage magnifique! À cela on peut ajouter un appartement très confortable et toujours cette vue imprenable de la chambre ou du séjour! Petit jardin et terrasse sur la mer et sur le jardin à l’arrière, tout est parfait, hâte d’y retourner. Merci au Manoir de Mathan!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au sein du gîte Le Large.

Appartement conforme à la description. Très bien agencé, très propre, literie impeccable. Résidence très calme.
Cadre idyllique pour de belles balades en bord de mer et sur la plage. Très beau point de vue.
Logement idéalement situé pour les plages du débarquement.

Can't speak highly enough. I picked up the keys at the main hotel and it was beautifully warm and inviting with a lovely looking resteraunt area and courtyard. I immediately wondered whether I'd made the right decision booking the seaside apartment.
They had given me an upgrade to the room I booked and on the drive there, 4km as I came over the hill I knew it was the right decision. The view is spectacular, especially if you're there to see the D-Day Gold beach. On opening the door, wow, it has floor to ceiling windows of that view. I didn't close the curtains once. It literary is 20 m from the beach. Out through your private gate across the walking path and you're there.
You literary are seeing history being at the Eastern end of the Mulberry harbour inside the loop that it makes out to sea by about 2 km. To watch the tide come and go and imagine June 44 is amazing. The yard has deck chairs and outdoor setting, if it was warmer I'd be there all afternoon with a beverage watching the sand ship things that are their each afternoon. The apartment itself is huge and very modern. If it wasn't the other side of the world, I'm Australian, I'd be back every year. It's so close to other attractions like Arromanche but has less crowded fell.
I'd even top it off by spending a few nights in the country manor, it's so inviting.
Nous avons loué plusieurs fois le gîte "La Plage" depuis 2021 (au moins 7x), les équipements sont de très bonnes qualités, la propreté et irréprochable. Je ne parle même pas de la vue sur la plage avec le feu de cheminée qui tourne : c'est superbe.
Bref on compte continuer à le louer régulièrement pour profiter de ce petit coin de paradis.
