10 stars are not enough for Gengatorz If I could give 10 stars, it wouldn't be enough to tell you how great our experience was. For four days after Hurricane Isaias a Pensacola generator company wouldn't return our calls and messages. The generator is under service contract. Late on the 4th day they sent out a person who knew nothing about internal combustion engines. He told his boss there was a hole in the block. Having raced cars , we checked the block and there was no hole. The Pensacola company sent to us on the 5th day, Mr Phillip Broussard, who is with Gengatorz Power Systems. Phil volunteered his services in Pensacola FL after Hurricane Isaias. Phil got our generac running quickly. We had been without a working generator for 5 days. When Phil found out the generator belonged to a disabled veteran who just had heart surgery, he went above and beyond to take care of the situation. In speaking with Phil he mentioned he did generator rescue after Hurricane Ida. Phil puts people's medical needs first. We wish we could have Phil Broussard continue servicing our generator, Phil is good people.

I had a fantastic experience with Genergator from start to finish. The original service technician was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain every detail clearly. The sales rep was honest, responsive, and never pushy, which made choosing them easy. But the real standout were the installers from D and Gage! They were prompt, respectful, super neat, and you can tell they take pride in their work. Everything was done efficiently and left spotless. Honestly, it’s rare to see that level of care all the way through. A company is only as good as its team and this team is built strong!

I can’t say enough good things about Jamie Arabie with Gengatorz! Jamie was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough throughout the entire service visit. He took the time to explain everything in great detail while still making it simple and easy to understand. Great service, very responsive staff, awesome technicians. Jamie Arabie is very professional, did not rush my service appointment, took time to explain what to do should my generator operated for an extended time, showed me how to read the equipment, and allowed me to ask multiple questions for clarification purposes. He also explained the warranty program again in detail. I am definitely a satisfied customer!

The installation team (Demari and Gabe) gets 5 stars. Very good explanation of the work that they were performing and how the equipment worked. My prior gas plumbing, installed by the utility, had the gas meter sitting non-level and Demari corrected this issue during the gas line installation. Gabe did most of the electrical work and my city inspector remarked that it was some of the neatest electrical work that he had seen inside my electrical box. The scheduling team gets 3 stars due to needing to move dates and times after the original schedule was missed. Original estimate date moved 3 times and final testing time moved from morning to afternoon. Recommend looking into this as most people will work with you if you can communicate changes in advance not after the customer calls to see where the crew is. Overall the installation was promised in 8 weeks and it was installed in 8 weeks to the day.

I called and they were able to come out the next day. Very quick and professional and resolved an issue with my Briggs and Stratton standby generator. Kenny was the technician and he was determined to get the problem resolved. I would definitely recommend Gengatorz power systems for all your generator needs.

Maintenance It was time for our annual scheduled maintenance visit, and the experience was excellent. The technician (Jamie) texted and let me know when he was on his way and arrived on time, was knowledgeable, and walked me through everything they were checking. The service was thorough, efficient, and left my generator running smoothly. I appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail — I highly recommend this company they are reliable and help take care of all your needs and questions. This office personal is exception as well.
