This company did my mother's roof and we was very satisfied not only with the roof but the people that put the roof on. They were very respectful. we was very satisfied with them.
So I got a metal roof back in July. I ideally wanted to see how well it worked before leaving a review. I have to say, I am impressed. Having a house built in 1952, I have plaster walls which those who have it know that in the summer, it holds SO MUCH HEAT. During the very hot days, (feels like 95 and above) the house would be anywhere from 75-84 inside. The AC is working hard and keeping the temp it should BUT not hard enough. The last few extremely hot days, it has not gotten over 73. And when not it's is at the temp it is set which is awesome.
Also, they mentioned my bill would be less over the next year. Funny thing is, I see it already. JUST one month, my light bill has gone DOWN from $122.00. So I know by all of this that the roof is working.
I am eager to finish working on the house and the roof helps with our motivation to complete all of our projects. The salesman was VERY informative and honest. He did not sugar coat anything which is very helpful and something I look for in a business transaction. We will pay this off more than HALF the time of a mortgage which is something we are happy about.
I can't saw enough about how happy we are with the roof. I would recommend it if you want lower bills, cooler home, not wanting to take out another mortgage and it has lifetime warranty which will look great when you sell your house.
I love my new roof from being to end James was there to help. The roofers are were great my the work was done in 2 days after they started. The finished product is beautiful and worth the money. I recommend Gator Metal Roofing call them if you need an honest Roofer.
Gator Walt came out and got us all set up and squared away...We had our new roof installed about a week later. Beautiful results! Very professional from start to finish and we love the option to finance to make it affordable as well!
