This review is completely false and does not describe any actual customer or event in our records. We have searched our bookings, emails, phone logs, and payment records and have no record of any interaction with the reviewer or the situation described.

The reviewer profile itself raises serious concerns about its authenticity. It appears to be a fake profile using a stock-style image, and it has posted one-star reviews against multiple business locations without ever being a customer.

Unfortunately, we have been the target of multiple fake reviews that we believe are being posted by a competing business, Dream Characters. These reviews have been reported to Google because they falsely misrepresent our business. Consumers can also read the public reviews of Dream Characters to see that numerous people have accused that company of deceptive business practices.

Fun Factory Parties has proudly served families since 1992, and we take customer service, cancellations, and refunds very seriously. If a genuine customer ever has an issue, we work directly with them to resolve it promptly.

We respectfully ask readers to judge our business based on our long history, thousands of successful events, and the many authentic reviews from real customers rather than anonymous fake accounts.

This review is completely false. We have no record of this person ever booking with us, contacting us, or having any event scheduled through our company. We take customer service and event commitments very seriously, and we would never cancel a confirmed event without communication and a valid reason.

We believe this review was posted by someone who is not a customer and may be connected to another business in the local kids party industry. This matter has been reported and flagged to Google for review and investigation.
