Dear Nicole, Courtney, and the staff of First Settlement, Very few times in someone’s life does someone come along and make a difference. When I was given a piece of paper listing different therapy offices at the neurosurgeon's office on that fateful Saturday, I wasn't sure which one to choose, but by the grace of God, my wife and I chose FSPT. From the first day, Courtney was helpful, and her concern for my condition reassured us that we had found the right place. She understood my pain and let me lie down in the back room to give me some relief. Little did | know my prayers would be answered when Nicole walked in and understood my pain and concern. Those were some very emotional days for me, since | was only a few short weeks out from walking my daughter down the aisle. At that point, | had zero hope of even being able to go to the wedding. Thankfully, Nicole had other ideas and was fully confident she could get me better and back to walking my daughter down the aisle. After days of exercise, needling, and positive words and encouragement, | met that goal and will be forever thankful and indebted. After a minor setback in June, | tried to do too much; Nicole again answered my prayers, aggressively treated me, and kept me going in a positive direction. All the so-called experts (Drs.) had no answers. God answered my prayers with an expert in Nicole, from being delivered to therapy in the back of our Durango to walking between 3 and 4 miles five days a week. | dutifully do my exercises at home and am extra cautious in everything | do. There is no doubt that prayers delivered me to FSPT in St. Clairsville and the best staff that could have been put together. | will continue to pray for each and everyone of you that God will keep you and your family in his heart and continue to provide the greatest care | have ever received. God answers prayers; he delivered Nicole and the FSTP staff to me. Thanks to all and may God bless you! Yours truly, Ron Harrison

I was somewhat unsure about doing pelvic Floor pt due to feeling kind of embarrassed about my incontitace.But my therapist@FSPT was very reassuring,kind gentle (I even had a leak right before one session.I am very thankful that I was prescribed to this place
