Five stars for Friesen’s. We used Friesen’s last year for a new furnace install (Dyma and Kevin) and this past month to replace a water heater (Corey). Shout out to Barry as well for his help last year getting us set up quickly with a new furnace. Very professional work and reasonable pricing. Highly recommended.

The guys installed a new hot water heater. Very fast install and they also removed the old water heater.

It was great. They were on time, professional , in and out, cleaned up, all done. Good explanation for taking care of our new tank, polite. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Recently had a furnace installed by the folks at Friesen's and it was over within the day and I had no major issues.
Really liked how when they came to inspect my place they were forthright about what they could offer and what they thought they made sense after they asked how long I was planning on staying in my townhouse. They didn't push AC when I mentioned this wasn't my expected forever home and I appreciated that.
On the day of the install they put down protective coverings on the floor and went right to work.
Glad they delivered and I'm happy with the job done.

I can't say enough great stuff about this company ! I have very specific needs due to health considerations- the installers that came to do my work were so excellent about accomodating all my requests. I was also having a UV unit installed in my HVAC and the game plan needed to change, before moving away from the initial plan I was consulted and advised of any costs that may occur. They also went through using the new equipement, warranty information and provided me numerous ways to pay the bill. From start to finish this experience was well above my expectations.

Needed a water tank and received a very competitive quote from Friesen’s. They came the same day, were quick and Travis was respectful and friendly, he explained everything thoroughly and cleaned up after himself. I would 100% recommend them and will be using them in the future as needed. Amazing experience.

Repair man was very friendly and explained everything to me in terms that I under stood
He was not able to fix my problem
