So so grateful for this place! I've been in a few different times over the past few years to work on issues related to some back pain as well as a hamstring tear. Everyone I've worked with has been great, the doctors are friendly and knowledgeable, and I've been supported through the whole process of recovery. My most recent dry needling appointment literally brought tears to my eyes because it provided immediate relief for pain I've been dealing with for weeks. Highly recommend!

Foundation Physical Therapy has been an amazing experience for me! My PT Jeremy is great to work with and he always walks me through my patient plan with the best intentions and care! I absolutely LOVE the staff, they’re so friendly, and very helpful! It’s a very positive atmosphere and you’ll notice the staff are by your side, cheering you on the whole way! My favorite part of the week is coming to my appointments, because I not only get to work on healing my body, but I get to do it in a great environment! Thank you FPT, you guys are the best!!
