Easy registration process. Staff friendly upon arrival. Timely in getting back to see the MD. Dr Donnelly was patient and took the time to be thorough in her review and exam .

I had an appointment later in the week from my mother's appointment with her. I found out she had to reschedule late that Monday due to me ignoring the email. I thought it was a regular reminder email. I read it! I was going to my mother's visit the next day because my sister drove (I'm handicapped). I had to reschedule at my sister's convenience. My sister was busy during all the dates Dr. Donnelly had available. Her schedule was full that day but the front office went back and asked if she could squeeze me in. I only needed scars rechecked.
We went back later that day, I expected Dr. Donnelly would rush me. She entered the room, and didn't act hurried. Dr. Donnelly took her time, answered any questions I had. She looked at my scars and decided with me that I needed further corticosteroid injections in each of the scars because they were stinging/ hurting me. She is kind doctor who has a great personality!
The office is clean, both the doctor office and the cosmetic office. All the staff are smiley and work to accommodate you. I give them 5 stars.

All of these 5* reviews are true. Dr. Donnelly is super efficient, caring and effective. I went in for a mole removal just below my eye which had darkened and thickened over the years. Her quick assessment and decision to remove it during my first visit was most appreciated. A quick cryotherapy session knocked it out.
Not only did she choose to treat during my first visit (which most specialties like to assess then schedule yet another appointment to treat) but she also has highly ethical billing. The cost of the mole removal was 1/10th of what I imagined it might be for such quality care.

Very nice lady. Very detailed and explained everything clear. Even though she wears a mask i can tell she is smilling.
Update:
Went and got my lump out Dr Donnelly is just the most awesome doctor very soft spoken and really tried her best to calm me down they knew i was scared. The assistant i didnt get her name she is great too very nice all of them are nice there they are all awesome! Recommend their office 100% i wish all offices and people are all like this. If u need dermatologists this is the best place to go 100% the best.
