Dr Donnelly is fantastic! She is extremely knowledgeable about specific conditions and the treatments available. We were told by another dermatologist that there wasn’t much that we could do for treatment but Dr Donnelly started treatment immediately and has improved the appearance and tenderness of severe scarring, within a few visits.

I called to make an appointment with Dr. Donnelly and asked for a cost estimate of the procedure I needed and the office staff I spoke with was quite rude and told me there was no one who could give me an estimate. I was surprised because someone is submitting charges/bills at this office so someone must know what they charge for certain procedures and she rudely told me that no one at the office had that information. I told her I was going to book with another physician and she again quite rudely told me she didn't care. I was shocked to have had such an interaction with a staff member of such a highly recommended physician. I just wanted to comment here so Dr. Donnelley was aware of the impression her staff is leaving on potential patients. If this was my office I would want to know!
