I’m really disappointed to be writing this because I had high expectations, especially since this was meant to be a birthday dinner, but the service completely ruined the experience.
Our waitress was, unfortunately, almost never around. For most of the night, she was nowhere to be found, and when she did appear, she seemed more focused on talking with her colleagues than checking on our table. We were left waiting multiple times for basic things, and she forgot several items we had asked for, including drinks and shareable sides.
At one point, she came back and asked if one of the other gentlemen working that day had brought us the items we were waiting on—which they hadn’t—while she herself had been absent for long stretches. It was frustrating to have to keep waiting on requests with no follow-through. If the gentlemen didn’t bring it over, why couldn’t she do it herself?
Another uncomfortable moment was when she automatically assumed our table was Hispanic and began speaking to us in Spanish without asking. It felt presumptive and out of place.
To make matters worse, when the check finally came, our food wasn’t even included, and we had to point it out and ask for it to be corrected. At that point, it just added to the overall frustration of the night.
I will say, she was polite when we did interact with her, but being nice isn’t enough if you’re not attentive. Serving requires being present and on top of your tables, and unfortunately that just wasn’t the case here.
On a positive note, the buss boys and the gentlemen slicing the meats were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They were the highlight of the evening and provided the kind of service we were hoping for.
Overall, this was a terrible birthday dinner experience, and the level of service felt more like something you’d expect at Applebee’s—not at a restaurant like this considering this isn’t a $75 check restaurant. Unfortunately I don’t think I would be returning :(
I don’t always write reviews, but after last night at Fogo de Chão, I feel morally obligated to alert the public to the absolute LEGEND that is Joseph.
The food was obviously incredible. Meat appearing at the table like some kind of carnivorous magic trick. Plates stacking up like we were building a small ceramic skyscraper. But the real main event was Joseph.
This man didn’t just serve us, no, he orchestrated the evening like a five star general of hospitality. I am fully convinced he carried away a world record number of plates from our table. He cleared 27 dishes, 5 empty bowls, all the silverware, and somehow my friend’s bad decisions from earlier in the night. All in one trip.
But here’s where things went completely off the rails (in the best way possible, train joke intended).
Our group was deep into a heated game of Mafia at the table; accusations were flying, alliances were forming, trust was actively being shattered. Joseph didn’t just watch from the sidelines. Oh no. Joseph stepped in like a seasoned detective. Between delivering perfectly cooked meats and refilling drinks with ninja status timing, he listened to our wild theories, analyzed suspicious behavior, and helped us sniff out the Mafia like a true professional.
Thanks to Joseph’s elite investigative skills and flawless plate clearing endurance, the innocent townspeople secured a dramatic victory.
If you go to Fogo de Chão make sure Joseph is your server and cancel your other plans. You are about to have the best meal, the cleanest table, and possibly the strongest Mafia strategy of your life.
Town saved. Mafia defeated. Meat conquered. Happy birthday Cesar thanks for giving us a reason to celebrate. And thanks again to Joseph.

We had such a great experience at Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse, and a big part of that was thanks to Joseph!
From the moment we sat down, Joseph went above and beyond to make our meal special. He added such a thoughtful, personal touch—making sure we got all our favorite cuts without even having to ask, and he didn’t forget the kids either! He kept the grilled pineapple coming, which absolutely made their night.
His attention to detail, friendliness, and genuine care really stood out. It didn’t feel like just service—it felt like he truly wanted us to have the best experience possible.
Thank you, Joseph, for making our visit so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a great experience, and our waiter Kevin and restaurant manager Donovan really made the night special. Kevin was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything came out perfectly. I used to be here several times before and personally I love this place the food the environment the atmosphere everything it’s almost perfect but this time we had a really hard time with our server nalleli the experience was extremely disappointing due to the service we received from her . She made multiple mistakes with our order and showed very little attention to detail throughout the meal.
What made it worse was her attitude. She served our table with clear reluctance and came across as rude and uninterested. At the same time, we noticed she was noticeably more friendly and attentive with other customers, which made the experience feel even more uncomfortable and unprofessional.
There was also a lack of basic menu knowledge, and any questions we asked were met with impatience rather than helpful answers.
Overall, the service was inconsistent, careless, and unwelcoming. Unfortunately, we would not feel comfortable returning while she is working, which is disappointing because we liked the restaurant itself.

I went with some friends, and the experience was very disappointing. From the start, our server Nallely was indifferent and unprofessional. She ignored us multiple times while clearly giving more attention to another table that arrived after us.
Her attitude was rude and dismissive, as if she didn’t want to serve us. She never took the time to explain the menu or ask if we had any questions, which is basic, especially for first-time guests. On top of that, she never mentioned the happy hour at all, something you would expect the staff to communicate.
Overall, the service completely ruined the experience. It’s a shame because the place has potential, but they seriously need to improve their customer service.

Me and my girlfriend always have an amazing experience! The food is always tasty and the service is always perfect. Special shoutout to server Yosman!! He made us laugh and try new things we were spectacle about but ended up really enjoying every single new item 😆. All of the servers are always very kind and helpful!
