Not a great experience at all the fruit bar wasn’t looking fresh . I waited 2 hours for my food my waiter was sweet whenever you see him cause whenever you ask for something they were sweet talking to you so they leave you never see them no more. For $520 I was expecting the best but it wasn’t the steak wasn’t good everything was terrible tasteless. I am fortunate but today I wasted $520 no good at all overall 0 star
All the food was wonderful except the deviled eggs they were way too salty

The waitress sat us and took a drink order and we never saw her for another hour and a half. The guys walking around with the meat skewers were great! My water and drink sat empty for over an hour and other than the meat servers everyone ignored us. I had to wait over half an hour to get the waitress' attention to get the check. She didn't ask how the food was or anything.
I had the meat skewers and my friend had the salmon. The meat was low end cuts but plenty of it. Most of it was bland and not too tasty. My friend salmon was over cooked and dry. They only ate a 1/4 of it and told the waitress twice they didn't want the remaining 3/4s to go. The waitress didn't ask how it was and didn't seem to care.
I will never return there!!
Totally recommend. LC served our table. You are the best.

On 08/18/26, I booked a reservation at Fogo de Chão for a family of 5 to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Since he loves steak, I thought this would be the perfect spot. I was completely wrong.
To give credit where it’s due, we were seated 14 minutes early since it wasn’t busy, and our main server was very nice and spoke Spanish, which made my family feel comfortable. Since none of us had been there before, I asked for her recommendation and ordered the Ribeye, a lobster starter, drinks, and added the Market Table/salad bar for everyone ($18 per person). Everything arrived promptly, but the positive experience ended right there.
My family was immediately disappointed by the Market Table—the selection was cold, stale, and messy. I could tell my family wasn't enjoying themselves, but I held out hope that the steak would redeem the meal. It didn't. The meat was overwhelmingly fatty. My parents were unhappy with it, and while my husband didn't complain, it was far from a quality steak.
Because I am recovering from bariatric surgery, I couldn't eat much meat. I walked back to the Market Table to get a small portion of corn salad. When I returned, my husband informed me of a horrific interaction: a staff member had approached him to say I couldn't go back to the salad bar without paying extra. I was mortified and deeply embarrassed that my husband had to deal with that on his birthday—especially over a policy that was never explained to us.
Despite the servers occasionally asking if everything was okay, I bit my tongue to keep peace for my family. But the final insult came at the end of the meal: the server cleared our dishes and subtly slid the check onto the table. There was no offer of dessert, nor was there any attempt to acknowledge or celebrate my husband’s birthday, despite what I’ve read in other reviews.
For a family of 5, the bill came out to $439.30. Even though I left a $100 tip for the initial service, I was so upset by the overall quality and embarrassing treatment that I had to walk straight out the door. My husband followed me out because he felt terrible seeing how unhappy and upset I was on his special day.
For the price we paid, this level of food and service was completely unacceptable. I left feeling utterly humiliated and disappointed, and we will never be returning.
