Chuck was awesome! Always ensured we knew where to go and what time the bus was leaving! The hat and t shirt helped him stand out in a crowd. Dad jokes were great and in all honesty the whole tour was perfect way to end our vacation! If we cruise again from Miami we'd do this tour again!

Took a tour after a cruise before heading to the airport. Chuck kept us on time and made the potentially long day fun and exciting. I learned more about Miami in 40 minutes with him than I did in 3 days of walking around. Would recommend!

Great alligator tour time with "Sapphire" Dominique, and good ride with Chuck to FLL after the tour. Relaxing and peaceful time with family!

Chuck took us from the cruise terminal to the Everglades Holiday park and then on to FLL. He was kind, knowledgable and had excellent communication. Not only that but after a snafu with our luggage he was beyond understanding and accommodating. Additionally, he clearly has built rapport with the staff at the park and his guests clearly benefit from that. Fantastic way to kill time between the cruise and our flight.

Chuck hooked us up with our tour to Everglades holiday Park from the ship after our cruise. He was great. This was a great way to end the trip. Plus they held our luggage and took us to the airport.
