We got a return call very quickly to have someone out for outdoor blinds quote and the person came that afternoon. She really knew her stuff and showed us the quality materials they would be using and we were very happy with the quote. Install happened within about 3 weeks and very happy with them, the installers were great and Emanuel let me know he was running a bit late. Would definitely recommend this company 😀

We recently had motorised blinds and aluminium shutters fitted to our verandah. We have been very happy with the final result which gives us an extra "room" when we need it. The sales and ordering process and the installation was all quite painless and handled professional by 5 Star. There was a 5 month wait for the supply of the shutters but it was worth it. We haven't had any issues yet so we haven't needed to test the after sales service. Overall we have been very happy with the 5Star experience.

Outstanding experience with Jarred on the sales side and Emmanuel I’m with the install. Let’s be clear - you get what you pay for. So we made the decision to invest in outdoor blinds for our home. It’s a large span & drop so we needed great quality. That’s what we got! Ps. Excuse the patio furniture in photo - being replaced now we have the new blinds!

Holes in materials Waited for weeks for materials to arrive, only to find out one panel is not measured correctly. Then when installer came to finalise we realised one panel has 6 holes, which was not noticeable due to rains past days/week after installation. Now not sure whether they will honour to replaced it or not., Time will tell. Disappointing!!

We had a lovely man come out and put up a blind outside and he explained how it all works. The product is excellent and the service is great. From the lady that came to book the installer in and the person who came out to do the measurements and also the installer and the office receptionist the service was exceptional. Very satisfied. we had outdoor zip screens put on our back outdoor area and we love them they look so good, the whole process was a good one they came out fast and quoted and install was done as soon as our products were ready the installers were very professional and did a fabulous job and cleaned up after them selves, and we are very happy with the finished products this is the second time we have used 5 star outdoors we dont even bother looking elsewhere when we want something they proved done we just call them.... thanks 5 star outdoors love your work :)
