FirstLine Urgent Care is a pleasure to go to. What is often a dreaded and even a pushed off task has become an easy and pleasant experience. This means our health gets prioritized not ignored or diminished. Staff, amenities, location and building; incredibly well-equipped and five stars. This doesn't feel like a typical hospital experience. It feels personal, warm and accomodating.

Fantastic urgent care. I was able to get an appointment right away, and fill out all my intake forms online. Checking in was super easy and I was seen right away. They were quite busy, but even as I waited, the nurses and staff were super attentive and let me know I’d been seen by the doctor ASAP. I was able to walk out with medication for my sinus infection and skip the pharmacy. Dr. Bloomstrand was great! You can walk in, but the online appointment system is super easy.
I can’t say enough about First Line! They have treated us like family for every visit. Care has been so efficient. And the PA, Chuck is so great with kids. Don’t hesitate to use First Line. They are fantastic.

Everyone is great! They took great care of my daughter with a broken wrist. They were supportive & caring. From the moment you walk in, to the room itself, you are greeted with a smile & voice of concern. I highly recommend Firstline!

Affordable x-rays. Cash price less than 20% of what I paid for my son’s x-rays with insurance four years ago at Carle ER.
More efficient too. 1:00 appointment, nurse took vitals at 1:02, PA stopped in at 1:10, on x-ray table at 1:20.
