Called in yesterday to check on the classes and schedule for the fall and winter classes. I belive Princy, who is the office admin picked up the call. She was very nice and patient with me on call. Even though i did not register with the classes cause the prices are a bit steep for my budget. But really appreciate Princy for helping with my query on call.

My son has been attending Felix Swim School since 2018 and is now in Level 10. Unfortunately, our recent experience has been very disappointing.
During the spring session, there was a miscommunication with the staff. Princy at the reception desk asked us to register for the next level before the program ended, which led us to assume my son had passed. However, on the last day, the supervisor informed us that he needed to repeat the level to work on his kicks and other skills. I want to be clear — I have no issue with my son repeating the level, as I trust the trainers’ evaluation. But Princy should not be calling families and giving incorrect information that causes confusion and frustration.
I raised this concern with Alex, the manager, who assured me that he would personally assess my son to confirm whether repeating was necessary. I was fine with this plan. However, I never heard back from him all summer. Despite multiple calls and emails, he only responded two weeks ago, and still has not scheduled the assessment.
I am extremely dissatisfied with how both the staff and the manager handled this matter. It feels as though our concern was not taken seriously, and the lack of follow-through is unacceptable for a program we have been committed to since 2018. I would like to bring this issue to the attention of the owner, as it remains unresolved.

Our children have been swimming with Felix's North York for 4.5 years and we couldn't say enough good things about the school! Everyone at the school is extremely professional, patient, kind and excellent with children. They work on correcting and perfecting swimming technique while instilling love for swimming.
Highly recommend this school to anyone considering it :)

Both my children attend this swim school and it’s excellent. The deck supervisors Oliver and Azi are excellent as well as all the instructors and staff. Highly recommend this location.

Both my kids and I are extremely happy with this school. The coaching team is highly professional, and they do an excellent job training the children while treating them with great care and respect.

My 9-year-old daughter has been attending Felix Swim School for tree years now, and I couldn’t be happier with our experience. Over this time, she has learned all the major swimming strokes and now performs them with confidence and great technique. We have recently enrolled her in the Swim Team program, which focuses on stroke correction, skill refinement, and preparing young swimmers for more advanced levels — and it has been absolutely the right choice!
One of the things I truly appreciate about Felix Swim School is that their pool is saltwater-based — free from harsh chlorine, which makes the swimming experience healthier and more enjoyable. My little daughter Sienna ( 6 years old ) absolutely loves it and is always excited to go to class. Her enthusiasm for swimming has grown tremendously, and I can see how much pride she takes in her progress.
The management team and supervisors are equally outstanding. Communication has always been clear and respectful. What stands out the most for us is their incredible flexibility and support when it comes to make-up classes. Life gets busy, and sometimes we couldn’t attend a class due to other commitments or illness. Every time, the team went above and beyond to accommodate us and find a solution that worked for our schedule. This level of support is rare and deeply appreciated.
Felix Swim School is clearly committed to excellence and genuinely cares about each child’s success and joy in the water. The environment is always welcoming, clean, organized, and safe — everything a parent could ask for in a swim school.

I truly can’t say enough great things about Felix Swim School. The instructors are incredibly patient, skilled, and genuinely care about each child’s progress.
