I went in with an ankle injury yesterday. I was greeted by a friendly young man named Carson, who made check-in simple. Sophia escorted me to a room and asked me about my medical history, took my blood pressure, oxygen level and temperature in such a gentle fashion that I actually enjoyed the conversation. When it was time for x-rays, Carson showed me to Exam Room 1, asked if I would like a wheel chair to get down to the x-ray room (which I declined), then left briefly while I enjoyed watching a wild animal show on the TV screen, which was muted, which I appreciated. He took the x-rays, escorted me back to the exam room, then had me go get the x-rays a second time to get a better image for diagnosing a subtle fracture condition. Casey, who had examined my foot in the exam room, was friendly and professional. He said the decision was mine, but encouraged me to acquire a boot for stability and to ensure expeditious healing. Impressing me as a credible diagnostician, I took his advice. If I ever have an injury again, this is where I intend to go. I would recommend them to friends. May God bless this superb team.
