When I can’t get in with our regular Dr we head here to get prompt care with great customer service. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating. I’ve been to other “urgent” care facilities and this one is top tier🫰🏼.
Called and spoke with Oscar. We arrived. Welcomed. Fast on the paperwork.
Back in the back the back the Tech was very personable and professional. This location will without a doubt become our "go to location". Keep up the great job!!!

The doctor, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in my diagnosis and recommendations for continued relief. The staff were friendly and professional. The check-in system is very efficient, and the facility is clean and inviting. I had a positive experience and would highly recommend this urgent care.

Our provider Lindsey was amazing! She was very thorough and so great with my 4year old!! We had Exceptional care from her!

Amazing provider and staff! One of the friendliest staff I've come across in the healthcare setting. Also received great service and treatment. Highly recommend this place.

We walked in recently, no appointment, with my toddler that was complaining of an ear ache. We arrived around 5 pm, were checked in (just a couple of forms to fill out, electronically or paper), and called back to be seen quickly; maybe 15 minutes or so tops after arriving. The front desk staff was patient and friendly. My son was diagnosed with an ear infection, prescribed antibiotics and ear drops, we received a doctor’s note for school, and we had no issues with the prescription making it to the H‑E‑B pharmacy quickly, before they closed. The doctors were thorough and gentle with my son; it felt like the doctors truly listened and cared. We will definitely be back if we are ever in need of urgent care in the future, and will be recommending Fast Aid to others. Thank you!
