Fantastic venue for an evening out. Gareth was brilliant with the organising and very flexible when I had changing numbers. We took our own drink and ordered pizza on deliveroo which was no problem for him. Will definitely visit again

We recently worked with Excite AV to install a large TV and audio system at Pleshey Village Hall, and we couldn't be happier with the result. From our first enquiry through to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. They took the time to understand what we wanted to achieve, explained the options clearly without any pressure, and recommended a solution that perfectly suited both our needs and our budget. The installation itself was completed to a very high standard, with great attention to detail, and everything was left tidy afterwards. The team were friendly, reliable and a pleasure to work with throughout the project. As a village hall run by volunteers, having a company that was patient, flexible and genuinely interested in helping us create a great community space made all the difference. We would highly recommend Excite AV to anyone looking for quality AV solutions and excellent customer service. Thank you for helping us create a fantastic new facility that our whole community will enjoy for years to come.

After reading their excellent Google reviews, I contacted Excite AV to help with a TV system installation for the venue I manage, covering more than 20 screens. From the very first conversation, Alex was fantastic. He took the time to clearly explain the and recommended the solution he felt would work best for our venue. Communication was outstanding throughout the entire project, and everything was delivered exactly as promised. We also decided to add a projector installation ahead of the World Cup, which Alex and his team handled seamlessly. The finished result is fantastic and we couldn't be happier with both the quality of the installation and the professionalism shown by Alex and his team from start to finish. I would highly recommend Excite AV to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and professional AV company.

A C Contractor 2026.02.10

Non Payers Asked by Alex to carry out some contractor work on one of their jobs and over 12 months later we are still awaiting payment. Continually received assurances from both Alex and Jason that we would be paid on the next payment run and then they just stopped answering calls or responding to emails. Obviously had no intention of paying. Would recommend finding a company with better ethics.

St Michael’s Church Plumstead - Excite Audio replaced all our antiquated speakers and advised us on the best way to get good surround sound in our church auditorium, whilst improving the visual aesthetics of the auditorium. One thing I’d like to say is they are very honest when recommending the best product even if it means they will get less money. Would definitely use again! Will be back in touch shortly for phase 2!

Outstanding service from the team at Excite AV who upgraded our dated restaurant sound system. From the very beginning, communication was clear and easy. The entire project—from planning to installation—was handled with professionalism and great attention to detail. We received a clear quote and thorough plans, and the team even provided a helpful demonstration to ensure everything met our expectations. The installation process was smooth, efficient, and caused minimal disruption to our operations. Well done to the whole team—your work has truly elevated the atmosphere at The Chequers MG.
