I had a really frustrating experience at Bharathi Clinic. When I arrived, there was no one at the reception, so I was left waiting without any guidance. After standing around for quite some time, I had to wait nearly 30 minutes just to find out when the doctor would arrive.
When the receptionist finally showed up, he was on a phone call and didn’t seem interested in helping the patients waiting there. Every time we tried to ask something, the only response we got was “2 minutes, sir,” but nothing actually happened even after waiting longer.
It just felt very disorganized and unprofessional. When you visit a clinic, you expect at least some basic communication and support, especially when you’re not feeling well. I really hope they improve how they handle patients at the front desk.

I wanted to share an updated review of my experience with Bharathi Clinic. Earlier, I had faced issues with reception and communication, which was quite frustrating at the time. However, I genuinely appreciate the way the clinic handled the situation afterward.
I received multiple follow-up calls from the clinic staff, all sincerely apologizing for the inconvenience caused. What stood out the most was that the doctor herself personally called, acknowledged the issue, and expressed regret for what happened. She also reassured me that such incidents would not be repeated and requested me to visit again.
This kind of response is rare and truly commendable. It shows that the clinic values patient feedback and takes responsibility seriously. The effort to reach out, apologize, and address the concern personally made a big difference and changed my perception positively.
I would like to thank the doctor and the staff for their genuine effort, humility, and commitment to improving patient experience. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the way they handled it deserves appreciation. This level of care and accountability gives confidence to patients.
Wishing the team at Bharathi Clinic all the best, and I hope they continue maintaining this patient-first approach going forward.

I was in search of highly value doctors who are calm,available,communicative nd providing safe delivery. every patient needs doctor like Sanjana medam. Sanjana medam treated my wife very well from pregnancy to delivery, we are very happy. If she talked to the patients, half of the disease would have been cured. During delivery time, Sanjana madam treated us like a family member.
