We had initially planned to have our delivery in Hassan, but the biggest question was — which doctor should we choose? 🤔 My friends and relatives suggested a few doctors, and Sanjana Mam was one among them. I was also watching her reels on social media, and slowly I started feeling that I should consult her once. So, we thought of consulting 3 doctors and then deciding our delivery doctor based on our experience, comfort and how we felt with each doctor. Though we travelled to our native place multiple times, because of our busy schedules, somehow we couldn't visit the hospital. Finally, when I was in my 8th month, we consulted Sanjana Mam. And honestly, after meeting her, we never felt like consulting any other doctor. ❤️ The way she patiently listened to us, explained everything, cared for me and made me feel comfortable gave us so much confidence. Without even realizing it, we had already made our decision — Sanjana Mam was going to be the one to bring our little one into this world. ❤️ Those 2 months with her were truly a beautiful journey. From all the little doubts and fears to the final day, she was always there with so much care with quick response. And finally, the most beautiful moment of our lives arrived — we welcomed our little princess through her hands. 👶🏻🎀❤️ I was honestly very scared about the delivery. I had so many thoughts and fears running in my mind. But Sanjana Mam's calmness, confidence and the way she consoled me gave me so much strength. There was a moment when I had to go to the OT, and I was scared. But somewhere inside, I had completely trusted her. I knew I was in safe hands. With that trust, I went into the OT. ❤️ Today, when I look back at everything, I feel so grateful that we met her at the right time. Thank you so much, Sanjana Mam, for not just being our doctor, but for being such a wonderful support throughout this beautiful journey. The genuine care, patience, empathy, and positivity you gave me will always have a special place in my heart. We visited Bharathi Clinic, Hassan, during the last month of my wife's pregnancy, as we were residing in Bangalore. Despite it being the final month, Dr. Sanjana carefully reviewed all our previous medical reports, understood the case, and guided us with confidence. The most memorable moment was when we needed to rush to the hospital for delivery. I called Dr. Sanjana at around 1 AM, and even at that late hour, she answered my call and provided the necessary guidance. Throughout the delivery journey, she was incredibly supportive, caring, and approachable. With her guidance and support, my wife had a normal delivery, and we were finally blessed to welcome our little baby boy into our hands! ❤️ What impressed us most was Dr. Sanjana's humble nature and the way she explained everything to us as parents, including what went well and what required attention. Hi All, Today I visited the hospital for the consultation Doctor Hitesh , I went around 9:40AM and they have given the token number 2. I asked how much time it will take to get in and the receptionist said 30 mins. Before that there were two patients who are waiting for endoscopy scan. As the time progressed other two endoscopy patients came. They were not an emergency patients. Doctor Hitesh started to see only the patients who were came for endoscopy making the OPD patients to wait. Almost after two hour I asked the receptionist how much time it will take they started raising there voice. Even I started arguing sating why doctor is seeing only the endoscopy scan patients. Why there in no intimation to the other OPD patients. Receptionist said they will refund my amount, I asked please refund along with valuable two hours time. Doctor Hitesh came and said how I can treat you when there are endoscopy patients. Later we got a checkup after waiting for two and half hours evn though the token number is 2. There is no proper administration in this hospital. Receptionist were very rude. Please beware of your time before visiting to this hospital. Please value patients time and also respect the patients. In this digital era why there no transparancy in the hospital administration. They will charge lot's of money from the patients why can't they adopt technology. They can adopt the system which shows the patient details who is next for the consultation and how much time it will take for others to wait. Guys please value your time then visit accordingly.
