Washer was not working, the search for a repair company. Endless messages and phone calls. This company answered the phone on a Sunday and I had an appointment the next morning first thing. My washer wouldn’t agitate and it made horrible loud noises. Gena ( a man) came to my house and fixed it with a simple fix after total inspection. It was change and nails that got into the works. He also leveled my washer. He also gave my dishwasher a quick fix and put stabilizer things on it to keep it from wobbling. Absolutely no pressure to upsell and he taught me a few things. Very friendly and super knowledgeable. Because the nice lady at his company on a Sunday made it easy to make it happen, I now have a great repairman I can trust.

Gena did a great job! My dryer had been squeaking, and he was able to quickly figure out the issue and take care of it. He was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. He also did a thorough job cleaning everything out and left the area clean when he was finished. The whole process was quick and seamless. I would definitely recommend Gena and would use him again in the future!

Fast and skilled. Work was excellent but he pressured me to give 5 stars, so I changed it. (He insisted on me writing a 5-star review with him standing there. I should have thrown him out of my condo. I am too polite) Edit 8-24-2026: He texted me, again asked me to raise my review to 5 stars. This is my review, not his. Then, a lady from HM called me. I'm taking another star off this review because of this repeated pressure. Back off or I will remove another star. No more Mr. Nice Guy.
