We booked our Bhutan trip through Bhutan Maitreya Tusita Travel for our anniversary celebration, and the entire experience was excellent. From airport pickup to the final drop-off, everything was smoothly arranged and well planned, and we never faced any issues throughout the trip. The hotels provided were clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited to our needs. Our guide, Sonam Dema, was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. Our group of 6 friends visited Bhutan from Mumbai, and this trip became one of the most beautiful and memorable experiences for all of us. From the day we arrived till the day we left, everything was managed with so much care and warmth that we truly felt like guests, not tourists.
The hotels were excellent, sightseeing was perfectly planned, and the entire travel arrangement was smooth and stress-free. A special thanks to the guide and team for being so kind, patient, helpful, and always available with a smiling face.
As we are pure vegetarians from India, we found that vegetarian food options in Bhutan are naturally limited compared to India. The food was prepared according to local taste and availability, so it was slightly different from what we are used to. Still, the team made sincere efforts to arrange the best possible vegetarian meals for us throughout the trip, which we truly appreciated.

My second trip to Bhutan in March 2026 with my daughter and sister was an absolutely memorable trip! On arrival we met with two of the most beautiful humans. Sonam Chimmi who drove us around and the sweet always smiling Sonam Dema our guide for ten days. She just became family after a couple of days.
As our guide she was extremely knowledgeable and briefed us on the history on each place we visited with story narrations and the significance of that place . We got to visit Art and culture centers and introduced us to delicious local cuisine. Worth the try.
Farewell was emotional after such an awesome time,

Amazing trip
The trip to Bhutan was amazing as we have had a great guide who has helped travel to various locations at ease. Also she had good knowledge about the tourist spots and it's history. Pema, our guide, is a young and attentive man who is very polite, thoughtful, always punctual and well organized. He accompanied us for seven days through Bhutan including Thimphu, Gangtey, Punakha, Paro, and Haa. We had a great connection and he quickly understood our needs and interests and adapted perfectly to them.
Dema was our driver. The Hyundai Santa Fe was very new, clean and electric, which made the rides especially quiet and enjoyable. Dema drove us through Bhutan in a very safe and reliable way, with a great balance of efficiency and careful driving.
We were very happy with both of them and if we return we will definitely ask the travel agency for the same guide and driver again. This trip was truly special for us and we will never forget this wonderful experience.

Bhutan is truly a dream. We made an absolute right decision when we chose BMTT as our travel partner. They made an amazing, well chosen and thoughtful itinerary for us and customised it as per our requirements.
