I have been going to WIIN for 3 years now, since my cancer diagnosis. All of the Technicians are very gentle but thorough. Dr Grover is very knowledgeable and sweet and helped me thru the process with confidence. Even the Receptionist is so helpful and kind. I highly recommend WiinHealth.

Deceptive and unscrupulous. Went in for one treatment was coerced into proceeding with another treatment prior to the treatment requested . Six months in was told that the requested treatment was not offered at this office. Left with a gazillion complications due to inaccurate treatment and diagnosis. Now suffering from treatments that should not have been started to begin with. My best interest was never taken into account. I actually feel that my treatment from the get go was all about the amount of money they could get away by billing my insurance. I feel I was used as a Guinea pig. The smiles are not genuine. KEEP AWAY from this place for your own safety.

Today I had my biopsy, and I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent care I received. The entire team was very professional, but also compassionate and caring, which made a big difference during such a delicate moment. Dr. Priyanka Grover, M.D. was especially sweet, kind, and highly professional. She made me feel calm and in very good hands at all times. Her assistant was also very attentive and professional. Overall, it was a wonderful experience considering the type of procedure. I am truly grateful for the care and dedication of the entire team.

I found Wiin Health 2 years ago through a Google search and I’m so grateful for the services this center provides. It is conveniently closed to me and each experience has reminded me how exceptional the staff truly is. Most recently I had to have a breast biopsy. From the moment I arrived for my procedure, I was greeted warmly and given the familiar pink gown that always helps ease the nerves a bit. Mirna, the mammography technologist, is outstanding. She took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure I felt informed and reassured. What stood out most was how carefully she positioned the mammography machine—not just to ensure the most accurate imaging, but also to make me as comfortable as possible during an already stressful time. Her attention to both precision and compassion is rare. During the biopsy itself, Dr. Grover was incredibly empathetic. She communicated with me throughout the entire procedure, which helped me stay calm and grounded. And while the procedure was uncomfortable, it was Mirna’s gentle presence—massaging my upper back and checking in on me—that made all the difference. Her kindness turned a frightening moment into something I could get through with confidence. I’m truly grateful for the care, professionalism, and humanity shown by both Mirna and Dr. Grover. They transformed a potentially overwhelming experience into one where I felt supported every step of the way.

Wiin Health Women’s Center has an exceptional team of professionals who provide truly remarkable care. Recently after a routine mammogram, I received a call informing me that a biopsy was needed to further evaluate an area of concern. Naturally, I felt a bit anxious, but from the moment I arrived for my appointment, Dr. Grover and her team took the time to carefully explain each step of the procedure, which put me at ease. Following the biopsy, a mammogram was performed, and once again the level of care and professionalism was excellent. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Ellie at the front desk greeted me with a genuine smile, which immediately put me at ease. Mirna performed my mammogram and was absolutely wonderful—she made sure I was comfortable the entire time and regularly checked in to see how I was feeling. Even though this test can feel overwhelming, her kindness and reassurance made a big difference. Maria then did my ultrasound and she was just as kind and professional. I truly felt like I was in the best hands throughout my entire visit. Highly recommend this location for their compassionate and attentive care.

I initially had a few frustrating experiences, mainly due to communication challenges and some delays with test records. It was difficult not being able to speak with someone directly, and a couple of requests didn’t seem to go through as expected, though I understand technical issues can happen. However, Daniela, a manager, personally reached out to me is making and effort to handled everything with kindness and professionalism. She seems to care to resolve the situation, and I truly appreciate when someone takes responsibility and works to make things right. I believe it’s important not only to share bad reviews but also to express gratitude when care and accountability are shown. It is worth the try.

I had my mammogram today and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and comfortable the experience was. The staff was professional, kind, and engaging throughout the entire process.
