We’re sorry to learn that the format of your physician consultation did not meet your expectations. Our physicians provide consultations both in person and through secure telehealth, allowing us to provide timely evaluations, prompt results, and seamless coordination of follow-up care while serving patients.

In your case, we were able to accommodate your procedure promptly, review your results without unnecessary delay, and ensure you were referred to the appropriate specialist for continued care. Our goal is always to provide the highest quality medical care as efficiently as possible.

We also want every patient to be comfortable with how they receive their care. If we had known that an in-person consultation with the physician was important to you, we would have been happy to arrange one or have you return the following day at no additional charge. We regret that we weren’t given the opportunity to address that preference during your visit.
