We do want to note that this review doesn't fully reflect what happened. Your results were signed and shared with you the very next day after your exam (well ahead of our standard turnaround time) because our team recognized how anxious you were feeling and prioritized getting you an answer quickly. We think that's an important part of the story that shouldn't get lost here.

That said, we do take your feedback about the exam itself seriously. Our technologists follow strict guidelines that limit what they can share about findings during the exam, this is meant to protect patients from incomplete information before a radiologist has fully reviewed everything, but we understand that in your case, it left you feeling uncertain rather than reassured, especially for a first-time exam. We're sorry about that, and it's something we're addressing internally.
