Absolutely fabulous week in this lovely villa. Family inc three young adults. Plenty of space, several terraces with views to the sea and a number of chill-out spaces and sofas in the shade. Well kept pool surrounded by beautiful plants including bright pink bougainvillea. Very well equipped kitchen. The villa is full of bright and cheerful Turkish decor, ornaments, furniture, lamps, fabrics etc- gorgeous. Welcome pack of fresh bread, salad, cheese, eggs etc in the fridge as well as tea and coffee was very well received. We had a car which allowed us to get out and about easily but it would have been very easy to manage without - many tour, boat and taxi options. Walking into the old town every evening- terrace restaurants, bars and shops was magic - mostly taxi-d back up the hill to the villa for the equivalent of £3-4!!! Air-con and plenty of fans made sleeping comfortable. Highly recommend.

Best villa in Kalkan! This was our second time visiting Villa Kismet and 7/8th time in Kalkan and this Villa is our absolute favourite. Ben and Mike are wonderful hosts, ensuring from the get go that communication is open and clear. There were 5 adults and the accommodation is perfect to allow space and relaxation. The interior design is welcoming, comfortable and has some lovely traditional Turkish touches. For those who prefer a little shade the outside shelter in the garden is perfect but all round sun for those who want it! The terraces are such a perfect way to enjoy the views. The location is a short walk downhill to the centre, close to the supermarket as well. We usually get a taxi back as it’s uphill (in the heat,) for a couple of pounds. A couple of recommendations, Belgins restauarant, authentic Turkish experience - our favourite. Our first time visiting Adam’s on the D400 to Kas - we had the Turkish breakfast - wow- what an experience! Just make sure ensure you go with an appetite! Mike and Ben have been absolutely amazing hosts. Super responsive and provided plenty of recommendations for restaurants, boats and transfer which were all great. We had such a lovely stay at this villa in Kalkan. I hadn’t been back since I was a child, so it was really special to return with my partner who had never visited before. The villa itself was beautiful, spacious, and very clean, with three en suite bathrooms, a private garden area, and a lovely pool. We especially loved the rustic Turkish decor throughout the villa as it gave it a really authentic and relaxing feel. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish, providing lots of useful information and clear instructions before we arrived, as well as helping us with transfer recommendations which made everything much easier. The location was also perfect — within walking distance of the old town, local restaurants, shops, and the Thursday market. We had such a wonderful stay and would happily return again in the future.

An amazing villa, pool and garden with outstanding views from the balconies. Tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable with everything you could possibly need for your stay from the well equiped kitchen to the books/games/inflatables and much more. We took our 'kids' (ages 24 to 29) without giving them any info re Villa Kismet. We arrived at midnight and the kids couldn't believe it was where we were staying. Their reaction was brilliant! The location is fab with shops and restaurants nearby. We didn't have any disappointing meals, the food and service is amazing. It's around ten minutes walk into Old Town and the harbour so again, everything is easily accessible. Taxi's are plentiful should you prefer not to tackle the hill home!Kalkan is very pretty and the Turkish people are friendly and fun. Trips are well worth the money to discover surrounding areas by boat, jeep or horse.All in all, Villa Kalkan is the nicest place we've ever stayed. Thank you Ben and Mike x

I cannot tell you how gorgeous this villa is. After reading all the amazing reviews we knew it must be lovely, but it exceeded our expectations. We were 5 adults and it was absolutely perfect for us. The pool area is so peaceful with many lovely places to relax in the shade if the sun gets too much. Comfortable sun loungers, big pool and garden. BBQ great and there’s a yummy butchers just a short 5 minute walk away. You can walk into Kalkan town, but I think in the height of the summer a taxi probably best, but they’re so easy to call and come within minutes. We found a really delicious bakery (Köşem Pastanesi) about an 8 minute walk from the villa. Great for iced lattes and pastries 😋 Ben and Mike are fantastic hosts and Chris, the property manager, is really helpful if you need anything. I can’t recommend this villa enough. We had the best time ever and will definitely be back! 😀

Stunning Villa This is the most beautiful, spacious, well appointed villa we have stayed in, you will not be disappointed. The pool is a fantastic size and poolside area stunning ..it couldn't be more perfect. There are numerous chill out spaces & balconies with mountain & sea views to die for. Inside the villa is beautifully appointed , spacious, and immaculate. Location is ideal just a 5 min walk to nearest supermarket, shops, restaurants and a 10 to 15 min walk to the heart of Kalkan. The owners are very helpful & quick to respond to any questions and very kindly left a lovely welcome pack. We were very sad to leave and very much looking forward to returning soon... it really is paradise.

Our host did a great job before, during and after our stay. Very responsive and helpful. Very usefully a late check out was provided as we had a late return flight. Villa is charming, well located and comfortable. More old school charm than uber modern but lovely. Great pool, garden area and terraces off the bedrooms. 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom so sleeps 6 but might feel a little small for 6 people for 2 weeks. Access is down some steep concrete steps (which is common in Kalkan due to the local topography) so if you have any mobility issues check with them first. Great restaurants/shopping/beach clubs in Kalkan and very easy to get around by taxi (walking can be tricky due to the steep hills). Can fully recommend town and villa.

The house was perfect. All the rooms have a bathroom, balcony and air conditioning. I stayed with my family (5 adults) here and enjoyed a lot! It was peaceful, safe and close to the center.Ben&Mike communicated very well with us from the very first moment. They clearly explained everything we needed to know.I highly recommend this place!

Slice of Paradise A truly beautiful villa. The 3 story villa offered various balconies with stunning views of Kalkans town. Inside was spacious, clean & full of amenities (aircon, lots of nooks for reading, tastefully decorated, a filtered water machine, & several washrooms) Gorgeous landscaping outside, a 2m pool and a BBQ to boot! Mike & Ben were so helpful and informative. We have all been raving about Villa Kismet since returning home

Best villa in Kalkan! The villa is absolutely incredible! We had such a lovely, relaxing holiday and Mike, Ben and the property management team in Kalkan really couldn’t have been more helpful! The space is huge yet cosy, and there plenty areas to spend as a big group or split off separately. Kalkan town is beautiful and the locals are super friendly and fun. I would highly recommend Villa Kismet, thank you so much for a gorgeous holiday!

Villa Kismet is a spacious place to stay with friends or as a family with really supportive and friendly owners who made everything at lot easier during our stay. The views are stunning, especially from the top floor. It's full of comfortable social areas like the 3 terraces, the seating sections around the pool and the living room it's perfect for together time but also if you want a bit of space for yourself. The location is convenient but be aware that Kalkan is build on quite a steep incline so this can make getting around a bit trickier than it seems on google maps.

Wonderful Villa in Kalkan We have enjoyed 2 wonderful stays at this beautiful villa. It is located in a quite area and is a short walk to local supermarket. It’s very steep into town but taxis are cheap and easy to arrange. The Villa is beautifully decorated and has all the equipment you need. The space works really well for us as there are plenty of communal areas but also separate terraces. The pool and outdoor areas are stunning and plenty of shady areas. Ben and Mike are super helpful and there is local support if needed. A wonderful place to stay to enjoy the many lovely restaurants, beach clubs and old town that Kalkan has to offer.

Of the highest standard This is the best villa we have stayed ever in. Perfect location, 15 minutes walk into town and harbour with plentiful and cheap taxis back up the hill if required (£4 including tip). The villa is charming, full of character, beautifully furnished and spacious with all the amenities you could wish for. Beds and bed linen of good quality and very comfortable. A/C in all rooms although we only really used it in the humid evenings. Beautiful views from the top terraces day and night. The large water machine in the kitchen was so appreciated to negate the need to carry bottles back from the local nearby supermarket. Replacement 19 litre bottle for second week arranged immediately upon request by Chris - best 100 TL we spent. The pool, patio and garden area was blissful, private with well thought out and attractive seating areas. You can tell from the top terrace that it is the best in the location. The BBQ was also of a good standard. Mid stay change of linen etc and transfers organised by Ben efficient and very much appreciated. Communication with Ben was excellent. This was our second visit to Kalkan and if we return again, we would look no further than booking Villa Kismet again. Missing it already. Thank you Ben and Mike for such a wonderful holiday.

Best Villa in Kalkan. We had the best experience at this villa. Everything was incredibly keen and the decor and facilities were amazing! The location is fantastic being just out of the main town but still very accessible. The pool and outdoor space is amazing!

Most beautiful villa We had the most amazing time in this stunning property. The place is absolutely magical with the pink flowers climbing up the walls and the fruit trees in the garden. It was honestly perfect. Baking in the sun by the pool then jumping in and cooling off it was surreal. Michael and Ben were so helpful and there Property manager was always to hand. The location was just perfect a short walk or a very cheap taxi ride from all the restaurants and the beach. It could not have been better.

Easily one of the most special homes we’ve been lucky enough to stay in. You’ll want for nothing, and have oodles of space. The accommodation is so well set up, cozy and yet spacious an absolute gem of a home.
