I recently had Casey and Brian from Ewing Electric in my home, and I could not be more pleased with the service I received from them. They came to replace a GFCI outlet, smoke alarm, several lighting fixtures and a ceiling fan. They were both friendly and professional and did a great job. The appointment setup was seamless. I will definitely be bringing Ewing Electric back soon to replace several more lighting fixtures.
We needed new outdoor lighting installed before a family gathering and these guys handled it smoothly. They showed up early in the morning, worked through some light rain, and still finished before lunch. One switch plate was slightly crooked at first, but they came back the same afternoon and corrected it without any argument.
Another professional, friendly interaction, this time with Alexis and LJ. Scheduling was quick and efficient, and I really appreciate Alexis taking time to discuss my issue before dispatching LJ, who was helpful and engaging in answering all of my questions. My go to electric company in Charlotte!
Great to work with and know what they are doing.

The tech drilled a hole from the outside of my house through the drywall on the inside of my house while attempting to install a floodlight outside. He said it was an accident and there should have been someone with him to assist but no one was available. He ended up patching it up, but it looks awful. What should have been maybe three hours of work turned into 8 because of the drywall situation. When I called to complain, the owner told me she couldn?t control how her technicians perform in the field and that it wasn?t her problem. Charged us $800.
Casey did an outstanding job installing lights on my porch! He arrived on time and was very professional. The lights look amazing. I am very pleased with his work and will definitely use Ewing Electrical again in the future!
