I have always dreaded going to the dentist expecting pain from procedures. I have been coming here for over a year and my expectations have now changed due to the excellent care they give to their customers. Dr Paul is easy to work with. He truly cares about his patients. Come and see them for a pain free experience.

I don’t have dental insurance but I pay for the annual membership here which seems to be a good value for my situation. I’ve appreciated the care from Dr. Bowen and team over the years, which seems to be both thoughtful and conservative. They create a very comfortable environment in the office. I’ve liked all of the dental hygienists that I have seen here too.

This review is about a cleaning. The front desk gals are so wonderful and helpful that’s always true. They had a new hygienist! She was amazing! Really cares about cleaning. You feel like you’re getting your moneys worth. If you have ever had a so so hygienist in attitude and cleaning you know how important it is to get a good one.

Exceptional staff and exceptional care! From the front office to the dental hygienists and doctors, everyone has been kind, thorough, professional, and incredibly efficient. What stands out most is their humility and willingness to take the time to explain everything in terms that an everyday person can actually understand. I never feel rushed or left wondering what comes next. I always leave knowing I received the best possible care, with a thorough explanation of my treatment plan and a well-thought-out, manageable path forward. I would 1000% recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental team that genuinely cares about its patients. They aren’t simply there to collect your money and send you out the door with substandard results. They take pride in the quality of their work and in making sure their patients understand and feel comfortable with their care. The entire staff at Evergreen Dental was top notch. Scheduling was easy, everyone was very friendly, and the care was exceptional. I was most impressed by the level of patient education that I received which exceeded previous experiences. This is important to me so that I know how to keep my teeth healthy! I get nervous with dental work, but Dr Bowen was a calming presence and did an excellent job. Thank you for all you do to care for our community!

So many good things to say! First I’m grateful to Doc, Georgia, Olga and of course Monica. They are good people. Everything went just as I thought it would and I was able to sleep without pain meds. I think I might have phantom tooth syndrome lol. I would recommend this practice and this team 100% to anyone who needs quality dental work in a family atmosphere. Thank you again. Outstanding dental experience!!! I searched through many dental offices in Alaska because I am terrified of dentists. Dr. Casey Bowen is truly the best of the best. From start to finish of the procedure, he is very patient, creative, meticulous, and informative. Not only is he kind and highly ethical, but he also seems to genuinely enjoy his work every time I have a procedure, whether small or large. The entire team, from the dental technician and hygienist to the front desk staff, is fantastic, friendly, and very accommodating. The entire office is always perfectly clean and tastefully decorated. For the first time ever, it’s now a pleasure to come to the dentist’s office, knowing they will take great care of me from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Dr. Bowen and his wonderful staff from Kristin and Monica at the front desk to Jorja the most excellent dental technician took wonderful care of me during my dental emergency! We were just visiting Alaska from out of state when my dental problem occurred and they kindly saw me quickly and provided excellent care to me. Thank you so much Dr. Bowen!!!
