Had my first colonic with Kelly. Had kept chickening out but did a last minute switch and so pleased I did. I was so at ease throughout the procedure and for my first it was a very good result apparently! Two weeks in and I’ve lost all cravings for sugar (I had uncontrollable Cravings for sweet treats daily) and am so far keeping to the no gluten and no cow dairy or potatoes and peanuts and have lost 3kgs. Not exercising due to an issue with my heel but am excited to see how much more weight comes off once I can exercise. Thanks Kelly!!

I wanted a colonic hydrotherapy for years but was to nervous about doing it. I finally booked it and I realised I was in safe hands. Kelly was amazing, very supportive and guided me through the process and changes I could make to continue to improve my gut health. I have had two treatments along with a Bioenergetic Massage now and I feel so much better I am less bloated and heavy. I have more energy to face life stresses.
I’ve had both the Japanese head spa and reflexology with Kelly Marie, and honestly, each treatment has been incredible in its own way. They were indulgent but not in that empty way, more like the kind of relaxing that actually calms your nervous system. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and properly looked after.
Kelly Marie has a really intuitive way of working. She explains things when you need it and stays quiet when your brain needs the silence, which I think is rare. The space itself feels peaceful too, which helps you switch off quickly.
I’m now exploring other treatments with her as part of my self care journey, mostly because it feels like a place where my wellbeing is actually taken seriously. If you’re looking for something that is both relaxing and genuinely restorative, this is a great place to start.

Kelly is honestly a god send! I went into starting treatment with her a little skeptical with a "this won't work for me, but I'll have a lovely massage at least" attitude... and when I say my bloating just disappeared over night... wow! I was puffy and holding a lot of water weight before seeing Kelly and within 2 sessions with Kelly I looked like I'd spent the past 2 months at the gym. And she doesn't gatekeep knowledge either - every session with Kelly I learn something new, and when I couldn't go for a few months for various reasons there was no judgement when I did eventually come back.

My husband booked 2 treatments for me with Kelly as a gift; originally for 09/10/2025 at 6pm. The sessions were due to be 2 hours and 30 minutes combined. I received a phone call around 4pm to ask to rearrange this due to an emergency which was not a problem. Kelly was very apologetic and offered me a free and complementary third treatment of my choice and assured me she would allocate enough time to offer the right environment and energy.
I rearranged for 11/10/2025, Saturday morning at 10am. My only day off of the week! I travelled almost an hour to get there. The building wasn't very clearly signposted and it was an unfamiliar environment. I messaged Kelly for guidance. I received a message to say she was running late by 20 mins at 10.13am.
I found the location and parked outside. I then messaged Kelly to let her know when she was ready. At 10.35 Kelly escorted a client out and found me in the car park.
When we entered the treatment room (1.5 hours after I had left home), Kelly said to me she had been waiting for me and she assumed I would 'press the buzzer like everyone else'.
Not the best start as she had clearly just finished with her previous client. She clearly didn't read the room as I was already frustrated and her approach was not necessary. She then explained how her week had been tough due to personal circumstances and her tone was not very pleasant.
I didn't really want to continue the treatment as I was already in a bad mood and the idea was for the treaments to relax me. But I stayed as my husband paid for them as a kind gesture.
1st treatment was fine. Kelly spoke a lot about her work and holistic treatments. I found this quite distracting but we continued.
2nd treatment I feel was rushed and, as a health care professional, I think it was lacking.
When the treatment finished, Kelly said she had added some reflexology on my face and found some problem areas. She recommended further treatment, gave me some after care advice and ushered me on my way at 12.20pm.
No mention of a specific 3rd treatment or acknowledging that this had been offered- just that some reflexology points had been added to my face. Bare in mind I had not asked or agreed for reflexology on my face.
In all honesty, I am very disappointed. We spent £174 on the treatments. Due to be 2.5 hours and I was ushered out in less than 2 hours. No third treatment as I was assured when my appointment was rearranged. And Kelly's next client was outside waiting as I left again reaffirming she was in a rush.
I feel short changed and taken advantage of. It was evident Kelly was rushing and my well-being was not the priority. Kelly's demeanour was not appreciated. I spent the whole day in a negative mood because of this and had to then drive an hour home! The website sells the service as holistic care and taking care of the clients needs- I don't believe my needs were met.
As a health care professional of 13 years, I think there is significant room for improvement with people skills and communication. I wouldn't return for further treatment. Bitterly disappointed.
It was great to meet Kelly at my first appointment, she is so full of knowledge we could have chatted for hours! Very professional and makes you feel so comfortable.. my treatment experience was so calming, relaxing & informative (lymphatic reflex) I can’t wait to continue my journey with Kelly and try more treatments available. Kelly is so knowledgeable and really helps to advise and treat the whole issue or health challenge. Her reflexology treatments will have you transported to another place. Would advise her and her services without hesitation! So glad I found her!
