I honestly couldn’t recommend Eliminate & Elevate enough! ❤️ I recently had a colonic and a Detox Within treatment, and I have been amazed at how much better I feel. I was quite sceptical about having a colonic, but I was pleasantly surprised — it didn’t hurt at all, and Kelly was absolutely brilliant at explaining everything and making me feel completely comfortable throughout. The Detox Within treatment was also amazing. I’ve noticed such a difference in my inflammation from my Rheumatoid arthritis and I feel like I have so much more energy. My usual lower back pain has gone, I haven’t had any headaches, and overall I just feel amazing! I’m so glad I decided to give it a try. Thank you Kelly for making the whole experience so comfortable and enjoyable! 💕✨ I have booked in for my next round of treatments and recommend everyone to get booking!!

I honestly can’t recommend Kelly at Eliminate and Elevate enough. I’ve had a number of different treatments with Kelly now, including reflexology, oxygen therapy and, most recently, the Detox From Within treatment. Each experience has been so positive, and I always leave feeling like I’ve done something genuinely beneficial for myself. What I really love about Kelly is that she doesn’t just see you as another appointment in her diary. From the very first time I visited, she made me feel completely comfortable and welcomed. She takes the time to get to know you, listen to what you’re experiencing and understand what you’re hoping to achieve. Her knowledge is incredible, and you can tell that she genuinely cares about helping people rather than simply offering treatments for the sake of it. She has such a wide range of treatments available, but what makes the experience different for me is the way she approaches each person individually. She doesn’t take a one size fits all approach. She considers what you need and can tailor the treatment and advice around you, which makes you feel really listened to and cared for. I originally started seeing Kelly because I’d got to the point where I was tired of constantly putting a band aid over problems. I don’t just want to manage how I feel in the moment. I want to understand my body better and focus on supporting myself and healing from within. That’s something that really resonates with Kelly’s approach, and I’m so grateful to have found someone who can support me on that journey. Whether you’re looking for reflexology, oxygen therapy, the Detox From Within or one of the many other treatments Kelly offers, I would definitely recommend having a chat with her. She is lovely, approachable, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about what she does. I’m so glad I found Eliminate and Elevate, and I’m looking forward to continuing my journey with Kelly. 🤍

Kelly is amazing, I’ve had 2 visits now and I can feel the difference in myself, even managed a PB in my running and my mobility during Pilates classes has improved, I would definitely recommend the Colonic and Brazilian lymphatic. After my initial consultation with Kelly I have also improved my relationship with food, making small changes to help between appointments. Kelly is so lovely and so knowledgeable with everything she helps with. I gained so much more understanding and confidence with decisions I make regarding my gut health now. I have a bioenergetic meridian massage here once a month and its been truly transformative, I've seen a huge reduction in symptoms relating to chronic conditions like pcos, endometriosis and pmdd. Kelly is also so knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Had my first colonic with Kelly. Had kept chickening out but did a last minute switch and so pleased I did. I was so at ease throughout the procedure and for my first it was a very good result apparently! Two weeks in and I’ve lost all cravings for sugar (I had uncontrollable Cravings for sweet treats daily) and am so far keeping to the no gluten and no cow dairy or potatoes and peanuts and have lost 3kgs. Not exercising due to an issue with my heel but am excited to see how much more weight comes off once I can exercise. Thanks Kelly!!

I’ve had both the Japanese head spa and reflexology with Kelly Marie, and honestly, each treatment has been incredible in its own way. They were indulgent but not in that empty way, more like the kind of relaxing that actually calms your nervous system. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and properly looked after. Kelly Marie has a really intuitive way of working. She explains things when you need it and stays quiet when your brain needs the silence, which I think is rare. The space itself feels peaceful too, which helps you switch off quickly. I’m now exploring other treatments with her as part of my self care journey, mostly because it feels like a place where my wellbeing is actually taken seriously. If you’re looking for something that is both relaxing and genuinely restorative, this is a great place to start.
