Amazing grooming and great service
Zak, my maltipoo, desperately needed some grooming while we were in Bismarck, and Elevate came through wonderfully. They got us in quickly, and the grooming job was absolutely perfect—Zak looked amazing when I picked him up! The entire experience was seamless, from scheduling the appointment to their professional and friendly care. The staff was so fantastic, and I left with an incredibly happy pup. Highly recommend!

Missed my appointment by just 30 mins, lost my $40 deposit and life is already stressful as it is, I requested today off from my 2 jobs, I am a busy dog mom and I fell asleep and now my dog will have long hair and I’ll have to figure it all out myself. I called 10 other places no one was able to help us. The last time my dog came back with long ear hair still
You charged me twice! In the day I booked I got charged $41 and today at 6pm you took out another $40 for my dog to not be touched, what a scam I just lost $80. It’s ok I already disputed it with my bank.

We’re sorry to hear how stressful this experience was. We understand that life happens, especially when balancing two jobs and caring for a pet. Unfortunately, arriving 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment does not leave enough time to complete the groom safely and without delaying the appointments that follow. The $40 deposit reserves that time specifically for your dog and, as explained in our cancellation and missed-appointment policy, is nonrefundable when an appointment is missed.
We are also sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the length of your dog’s ear hair after the previous groom. We would have appreciated the opportunity to address that concern at the time. Please contact us directly if you would like to discuss your dog’s grooming needs and possible scheduling options. We genuinely hope we can find a way to provide you and your dog with a better experience.

They do a wonderful job with my boys they come home happy and looking and smelling great.thank you you ladies are a blessing..

Me and my dog Dolly love elevate canine Kutz!!! We’ve been going here since we moved to bismarck and have always been pleased with the results. Very clean and professional. Love them and will definitely keep going back!

My Bear has never looked better! He’s a fluffy guy but Aimee trimmed him up so nice and left him feeling soft as a puppy again!! 10/10 we will definitely be regulars at Elevate Canine Kutz!

Hi Jaimie, since you didn't provide any context to your 1 star review, I can only assume that was based on the fact we had to cancel your appointment today. I am very sorry for that. Unfortunately, when a groomer is out sick, we have limited capacity to shift dogs around to other groomers. In most cases they will have to be rescheduled for another day. Based on the 1 star review, I am guessing you aren't interested in getting rescheduled, but I would appreciate the opportunity to try and win you back as a client.
Money well spent! My puppy went from being afraid of the leash and afraid of just about everything to a semi-well mannered puppy that loves the leash and is opening up to everything else.
I couldn’t have done it without Elevate!!
The staff were wonderful to my pet. They communicated openly about his best interest and made sure the services that he received were relaxed and not high stressed.
