They took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure my vehicle was taken care of. The service was quick, reliable, and stress-free. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but this place exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality auto service. I will definitely be coming back!

Clearly, I'm not on their customer list. Offering a brake and rotor replacement service on a 2025 car without checking the rotors' condition is outrageous. They didn't even bother to inspect the car. That man with glasses treated me very poorly. I ran out of their business because of the lack of good service. I need brakes... they try to sell you a whole unnecessary package... not friendly at all.

We needed a pre-purchase inspection. Eastside Automotive was able to fit us in the same day. Reasonable price. David took his time to go over inspection report and explained everything. I am very satisfied with their service.
Eastside Automotive has been a great place for us to have our car serviced. They are thorough and accommodating. We're very pleased with work done to my car and my son's truck.
The guys at Eastside are always so amazing. They are so genuine and courteous. As a woman, alot of places will try to sell you things you dont need or upcharge you. Not these guys. David is so polite and is always worried about making sure you have a wonderful experience. Matt is amazing at getting it all taken care of. Love this place. 10/10 recommend
I have had two major automotive issues on two separate vehicles within the last three months. Both times Matt and his crew at Eastside Automotive Were transparent about time and cost. When they encountered a transmission issue beyond their scope, they referred me to the best in town, and only that Shop. They have now won my business for all regular maintenance as well as significant repairs. This is a great team!
Beware!I received a quote for a service, scheduled work. They were pleasant and seemed knowledgeable. Repaire was completed and bill was not as quoted. There was a credit card fee, I get that but they threw in shop fees that were not included in initial quote. They didn’t act very knowledgeable when asked about the difference in quote and other fees. Will not be repeating business there
Went for tune-up and oil. It was explained that they assess the need of the car, inform you, and let you decide what you want. It turned out I didn't need all the things I thought I did. Just as important, the honesty, professionalism, and reliability was impressive and I am not easily impressed. I've been looking for an honest company who prides themselves on great work at a fair price and treating customers well. Took me 5 years but I believe I found it in Eastside Automotive in Greenville SC.
I had an inspection service done. David @Eastside explained all the recommended services in a way that made everything easy to understand. Their drop off/pick up shuttle service was also very helpful. Eastside is professional, knowledgeable, and customer centric. Highly recommend.
Great service and very nice folks at Eastside Automotive. A had a lot of work done on 2013 Honda CRV. All possible repairs were explained to me, up front. No surprises and the final invoice for services rendered was exactly what I was verbally quoted. Dave also shuttled me back and forth for dropoff and pickup. My car is running like it's brand new!
