I truly believe all these 5 STAR reviews were written by family members of the owners of this company. If there was a NEGATIVE STAR, THAT would have been too kind. I was first told when I called for an estimate that they had done one on our yard a year ago - NOT TRUE! I then set up an appointment for which I was told someone named Wyatt would come out to measure and quote us a price for the job. The appointment was confirmed by email to me for 3 PM Friday, 10/1/26, the day before. I was told that Wyatt would be our representative. Wyatt was a "no show" (we were home waiting from 3PM on). He NEVER called to explain where he was or reschedule. I called their office ( it said on their Website they were open), but no one answered the phone. I left a message asking what had happened and asked that they please return my call or send someone out - NO RESPONSE!!! I am so thankful I found out beforehand how this family-owned, "fly-by-night" company values their potential customers. It is their loss (our fence is approximately 370 linear feet). Needless to say they won't be building us a new 7' tall, with top, cedar fence! I wrote this as a warning to anyone who may be considering hiring Dunn Fence ...not ALL reviews on Google are 5 STAR.

So sorry for this experience that you had. Looks like we sent you over a quote around this time last year (10/31/2025) but was never approved. We sent you an updated quote on 09/30/26 as well as a fence layout of the project. I just called my team in to discuss your situation and was told that we called you back multiple times and left you voicemails. I know some times things are lost when playing phone tag. Had a beautiful cedar fence installed to replace a collapsing pine one. Jeff Stanger and the fencing crew did a great and efficient job and my fence was on a 3-4 foot drop! Very pleased! Jeff stood by Dunn Fence and was there every step of the way to ensure I was pleased with the end result!

The folks at Dunn Fence were incredible to work with. Michael came out and listened to what we had in mind, shared pros and cons and helped us settle on a final plan, measured and quickly provided a very reasonable quote. When it was time for the install, they got to work quickly and 3 fences and 4 gates were done in 2 business days (closer to 1 1/2). They left the yard and surrounding areas in good condition and clean.

We would recommend Dunn Fence to any and everyone! Great communication, fantastic completed project. We wanted a horizontal cedar fence in a very particular stain color matching a color on Dunn's website. Erick had to do some research to determine what that color was.... he did and it looks PERFECT.

Dunn Fence is an awesome company. Everything you would want - great, friendly front desk who answers the phone every time (like Pam), knowledgeable sales staff (like Michael), and hard-working and highly-skilled builders (like Carlos). Excellent quality work and finished product at a fair price -- I got multiple bids and so glad I heard about Dunn Fence on KTRH in time to include them in the bids.
