We’ve always had such a great experience with Dr Paws Altona North clinic. The staff are incredibly friendly, caring and always communicate so well. I always feel that Tommy is genuinely cared for and in good hands whenever we visit.
Tommy actually loves going to the vet, which I think says a lot! He also attended puppy school here, which was a great experience and something I would definitely recommend to other puppy owners.
They also accept GapOnly from our pet insurance which makes everything so much easier and is another big plus for us.
Thank you to the whole team for always taking such great care of Tommy. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this clinic! 😊
Had Billy boy in for his immunisations at Dr Paws today and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff were so friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in, and the service was excellent throughout. Billy was treated with real care and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I moved to the area earlier this year, I got my little Steve in June and asked the community for VET recommendations and Dr Paws was the highest recommended! Safe to say they did not disappoint, Steve loves his Vet aunties! Thank you guys for taking such good care ❤️

Dr Bethany was amazing with my cat during her appointment today. She was gentle, knowledgeable and thorough in her explanations. She is a wonderful vet and I deeply appreciate her for all the help she has given.
Saw Dr. Beth and Dr. Natasha today for a consult. They were very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Importantly they never interacted with my cat or pushed for things that would make both me and my cat uncomfortable (at least any more than the usual vet appointment anxiety). They gave me good practical solutions while considering the risks, benefits and sustainability to my cat which I appreciated wholeheartedly.
For the level of service you are getting, you are most definitely getting your money's worth. Highly recommend!!
