I’m very happy with the care my cat Lucky received. Dr Natasha was kind, patient, and professional, and we felt very comfortable during the consultation. Lucky is doing well with the treatment, and overall the service quality is excellent.
I did have one concern about the consultation fee because I wasn’t aware that the appointment had moved into an extended consultation due to Lucky’s complicated medical history. As my budget is limited, it would have been helpful to know about the time limit and possible extra charge in advance.
However, when I called the clinic afterwards, the team was very helpful and kindly provided another script for Lucky without asking me to bring him back again. I really appreciated their support and willingness to help. Overall, I’m grateful for the care Lucky has received to date.
New to the area or rather returning to the area after a six year absence interstate. First time here after a recommendation. The girls and Dr Nat were friendly, welcoming and affordable. Our almost ten year old lab, Bennie was given great service and check up by Dr Nat who put our minds at ease after checking some warts and lumps. This will become our regular.
I was recommended this vet by 2 separate friends when I got a puppy & have been so happy with the service I've received on every occasion I've been here. I've also called up when I've needed answers & the staff are so helpful.highly recommend Dr paws & Dr Hannah has been amazing with our dog teddy.
I really appreciate the great care Dr Bethany and the team have taken with my two dogs over the years. They always give very honest, caring advice and don’t mind recommending that you get certain specific treatments elsewhere if that is what is best for your dog. Our beagle needs a very complex surgery, and we appreciated the willingness of the practice to support us as we visited a specialist centre. Our dog is also very anxious and has gotten very distressed at vets in the past, but the team are so caring, he lets them treat him with no issues now.
I cannot recommend Dr Paws Altona highly enough, especially Dr Hannah and Dr Bethany. My little boy Sprite recently had to have his eye removed, and as you can imagine, it was such a stressful and emotional time for us. From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, compassionate, and reassuring.
They handled Sprite with so much love and care — it was obvious they genuinely care about their patients as if they were their own. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the process.
The surgery was done beautifully, and Sprite is recovering so well. I’m honestly amazed at how smoothly everything has gone. Seeing him bounce back the way he has is a true testament to their skill and dedication.
Thank you, Dr Hannah and Dr Bethany, for taking such wonderful care of my little boy. We are beyond grateful.
The Vets are very lovely, and very patient with my Greyhound (he hates going to the Vet). They are always ready to give us a muzzle if needed, and always very helpful if i need to be in the room for certain procedures (if you have a greyhound you know).
I will continue to take my dog to this vet even though it takes an hour to drive there, and then another 15 minutes getting my dog out of the car.
