Saw Dr. Beth and Dr. Natasha today for a consult. They were very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Importantly they never interacted with my cat or pushed for things that would make both me and my cat uncomfortable (at least any more than the usual vet appointment anxiety). They gave me good practical solutions while considering the risks, benefits and sustainability to my cat which I appreciated wholeheartedly.
For the level of service you are getting, you are most definitely getting your money's worth. Highly recommend!!
P.s. any and all the staff are amazing and super friendly! Always come in and leave feeling welcomed :)
From the moment we walked in, everyone at Dr Paws made us feel genuinely welcome! The whole team was so friendly, caring, and supportive, and the appointment flowed surprisingly smoothly from start to finish. (I always felt nervous whenever come to any type of medical care…)
The vet took the time to explain everything so clearly, discuss all the treatment options in a way I can easily understand, and answer my questions without making me feel embarrassed or rushed. It made me believe that everyone here truly cares about both the patients and their families.🥹
I left feeling reassured that my baby 🐶was in the best hands. Dr Paws is the kind of clinic where both people and animals can feel comfortable, cared for, and confident about a healthy future. ☺️ Thank u the team for such a positive experience!
My cat was previously a stray that’s still very unsure about people. I was prepared for her to need medications or even sedation to get through the appointment. This ended up not being needed as Hannah was absolutely excellent. She was calm, gentle and took her time to ensure my cat was as comfortable as possible. Very knowledgeable, will definitely be coming back for future appointments and recommend for people with scardey cats!
Ghost has his first visit to Dr Paws this week. We were greeted by lovely staff members who were excited to see him.
Dr Hannah was excellent, and looked after Ghost so well. He didn't even notice the vax needle and was sad to go home.
With such great care, we are hoping Ghost's love of going to the vets continues. Thanks Team!
