Dock Experts completed a full dock renovation for my condo building about 6 weeks ago (see my 5-*********** review) recognizing the 4-man team.This review is a follow-on to that ****** review. After the Dock Experts team completed the renovation project I noticed that one of the concrete pilings, installed 20 years ago, was mis-aligned compared to the other 15 pilings. I called the company and they promptly sent ***** out to my property. ***** was also on the original renovation team. ***** spent two entire days creatively rebuilding the piling by selectively removing concrete from the piling such that when it was re-wrapped, all the misaligned angles were corrected. ****** focused diligence was key to making this difficult project very successful. This is just another example of a business that maintains a high-bar on customer-satisfaction! So, I again highly recommend Dock Experts as a #1 company for Dock construction and renovation. Dont go anywhere else. They are top-flight.
I can’t say enough good things about Gary and his crew from Dock Experts. They did a great job installing new batter and pin piles on my dock. In addition, he would txt or call to let me know when he was arriving, if he was going to be late, and when he finished. He would also discuss any issues that came up during the project and we would come up with a plan that worked for both of us. I wish all subs and GC’s communicated like he did. At the end of the day, he cleaned up the site as well. All in all very professional crew !

I hired ‘The Dock Experts’ to perform a complete renovation of the 100-ft. dock at my condominium. The outcome was magnificent to say the least! Why? Here’s the story:
1. PRICE: Parker from their Sales Department offered a price that was ~15% less than estimates from the other dock building companies I interviewed onsite at my condo.
2. COMMUNICATION: The 4-person dock team (Slater, Dustin, Keith & Nico) were all great communicators. At the end of every day I received a detailed status with photos that captured the work completed. These gentlemen had an unsurpassed work ethic along with a customer-focused demeanor.
3. DETAIL: This team performed a second-to-none attention to detail on the project. For example, they cleaned-up the work site at the completion of each day. Their technical skills were flawless!
4. SCHEDULE: At the start, the team provided an estimate to complete of 21 workdays. The actual completion timeframe was only 16 workdays.
5. COURTEOUS: As an example, the team never used their heavy equipment or radio before 11am each day as a courtesy to our residents that resided on the dock-side on the condo building.
FINALLY, I have been a Board member at several condos over the years and have managed most of our projects. Let me emphasize that I have never worked with a company that checked all the boxes that, in my opinion, make for a great company. It was a pleasure to have spent time with these guys. So, whether you need a dock constructed, renovated, or just needing some repair, I unequivocally recommend ‘The Dock Experts’ to be your choice. You will not be disappointed, I assure you.
Great work by the team. Super professional and delivered on what they promised. Patrick really did a great job to ensure things were done right and Rylan did a nice job helping him see it through on the final day. Super happy with them. Will be using them again when the need arises.

This is my second project with The Dock Experts and had another great experience. We had a new 18K Boat Lift Installed. This has been a dream in the making ever since we bought the house. The team led by Chad and Austin did a great job installing the lift. Then, the service team led by Joey and Dillan came when it was time to put the boat on the first time. I was nervous and they made the entire thing easy and painless.
Looking forward to getting a new Seawall one day and will definitely be calling The Dock Experts to do the work!

Lance and TJ were awesome and did a crazy amount of work in no time! Adolfo and his crew were always respectful and on top of things. All the work guys involved have worked very hard, been very respectful. One random inspector (forgot to get his name) from the company comes around unannounced after hours sometimes, but thats my only complaint. All the work and workers have been incredible. Izzy, Stevan and Larry were awesome and super professional.

The Dock Experts installed both my new seawall and dock with boathouse & lift. Patrick Tynan met me initially and listened to exactly what I wanted. He had me a conceptual design the next day that matched what we had discussed.
They took this job through the whole permitting process, and then proceeded to install my seawall as well as an amazing dock and boathouse.
The guys that completed the work we’re not only knowledgeable, but we’re professional in their day to day activities and very respectful to me, as well as my property. They were an actual pleasure to interact with every day throughout the process.
The guys who constructed my seawall and boathouse were Brett M, Blake S, and Blake L.
The guys who completed my boat lift were Tom L, Patrick H, and Andrew M.

I love this company. They built my Lift a few years ago and they come out twice a year Service. Today I had Dillan out for Service and he was amazing. He inspected everything from top to bottom and kept me informed from start to finish. If you’re looking for a company that does what it says it will do, I can highly recommend Dock Experts.
After dealing with a prior contractor who left me with zero documentation, didn’t care about the condition of my equipment, and wanted to charge a ridiculous $500 just to come out and look at my malfunctioning boat lift motor, calling The Dock Experts was a huge relief.
From the start, Heather was incredible—she followed up with me multiple times to schedule a NO FEE evaluation so a professional could properly assess the issue. I then got a time or a teams interview, in which we had. I was told the Alexender he would get back to me the next day by 4:30. GHOSTED!!!! What is wrong with the company and people in South Florida...where is their integrity?? NO ONE CARES ABOUT THE HUMAN RACE. I would not work for this company.
