I was having a wireless warranty issue with my 3 month Lenovo laptop and was informed by Lenovo to contact DHE Computer Systems. After reading the reviews about DHE Computer System, I was assured the the only service technician person to with was Julian. Julian cared about my time and concerns. Rest assured, his warranty service and repair communication was a 10+. I will definitely use DHE again in the future. Great job DHE and JULIAN !!

I was having trouble with my Lenovo laptop, and I travel for work so its difficult to get in and out of repair shops. Anthony provided some of the best over the phone customer support I've had the pleasure of experiencing, and Julien provided excellent in person service getting me in and out the door in about an hour. I haven't had any problems since. Thanks for the help and excellent service!

This place was amazing. I had a Lenovo laptop which suddenly stopped working completely, and I was completely at a loss. I contacted multiple repair shops who were little help until finally contacting DHE Computer in Tempe. I ultimately came into the store and dealt with Julian - who was PHENOMENAL. He quickly understood the issues and provided an extremely cost effective solution. Needless to say less than 2 hours later, Julian called me up to say my computer was ready and running better than ever (where I would have otherwise thought to buy a new one) all because of Julian and his great work! The cost of the repair was a fraction of what a new computer would have cost, and the great advice from Julian was super helpful in getting my computer back online, and me back to work, quickly! Thanks again, great service and great work.

I was referred to DHE Computers who is an authorized computer service center for Lenovo repairs. My Lenovo ThinkPad laptop was experiencing some functioning issues. I must say that my laptop gave the technicians at DHE, Julian and Anthony some real challenges but they stuck with it. I was concerned about losing some of my programs installed on my laptop along with my data. Julian and Anthony both worked together to make sure that all my data was saved when they did a clean install of the OS. All went well and I am so happy to have my laptop functionally properly with all the data and programs functioning correctly. Julian and Anthony made sure that everything was set up correctly so I didn’t have to do all of that again. These two technicians are extremely knowledgeable about computers and very focused on customer service.
I am very thankful for their devotion to their costumers and would definitely recommend them to anyone for their computer repairs.

The employees, especially Brandy were very nice, although communication and diagnosing my computer issue to me was lacking. As a Lenovo authorized repair center I figured they could fix my computer, unfortunately they were unable to fix my computer (after misdiagnosis it numerous times) and had to send it to Lenovo. A month later, Lenovo reinstalled windows and fixed the problem in a couple days. In the future I will send my warranty repairs directly to Lenovo, I suggest you do the same.

Got my laptop fixed very quickly here! I had the Accidental Damage Protection warranty which is great because I spilled soup on it a few months ago and the keyboard was fully dead - Don was able to replace it and get my laptop back to me very quickly!

I stumbled across DHE Computer Systems while searching for a local facility to repair my Lenovo ThinkPad computer, which would not start up. The Lenovo website lists DHE Computer Systems as one of two authorized Lenovo repair facilities in the Phoenix area. It was my good luck to choose DHE Computer Systems!
After setting up a repair ticket online, I went to drop off my computer at their Tempe offices. Based on my prior experiences with computer repair facilities, there was no expectation on my part that I would be interacting with anyone.
However, when I walked in, Preston walked out and asked me how he could help. I communicated the problem, and he asked me to wait for a moment while he preliminarily reviewed the ticket and looked at my computer. He came out in less than five minutes and indicated that it appeared to work, but the battery only needed to charge up. I explained that I tried numerous plugs at my home, and that my ThinkPad would not work.
Preston attempted to replicate the plug not working, while I was there watching and was prepared not to charge me. However, at my request, and because I was concerned it would not start again at home, Preston immediately backed up critical computer files on a flash drive. Preston also was able to order a new plug for me. All this was completed on-site while I was there. The charges were well below what I expected with the flash drive and the plug. More importantly, the communication and immediate assistance were tremendously surprising.
At this moment, I’m writing this review on my fully-functioning Lenovo ThinkPad. It is uncommon for me to take the time to complete an online review. However, because of my experience with the folks at DHE Computer Systems, this review is a pleasure for me to write. I highly recommend DHE Computer Systems to anyone considering whether to use their services and looking for an honest and ethical IT service provider. Every service provider could learn a lesson from DHE Computer Systems in how to provide superior customer service. Thank you, DHE Computer Systems!

DHE is a great repair shop! Both Don and Bruno were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They had excellent communication and helped me understand the possible scenarios and options for repairing the touchpad on our Lenovo Yoga C940 laptop. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem for a reasonable price. I will definitely return when I have computer issues, and recommend them enthusiastically.
