I'm from NY but I live out of state now. I had an eyelid surgery that unfortunately left me with hypopigmented scars. I wrote them an email with pictures asking about the CO2 laser treatment and they gave me a price of $2300. I was desperate to improve my scars and I had never had this treatment before so I thought it was a different treatment since a high end dermatologic clinic in Manhattan charges $1500 for 3 sessions of eyelid CO2 laser treatment. The treatment I had here took less than 3 minutes, because they didn't do the entire eyelid, just the scars that are less than 3/4 inch long, and the scab was gone in less than a week. It's been a month now and my scars look the same as before. So I wrote them because for what I researched, you need more than 1 session of CO2 to treat hypopigmented scars, and maybe the $2300 would allow me to have another session, since it's so much more expensive. Their answer was that "they were offended". Since then I found other clinics in Manhattan with much better prices. It was so stupid of me to trust this clinic.
