My dentist that I had been going to for 20+ years retired and needed to find a new dentist. Titus Dental was recommended to me by a couple of individuals, including my dentist that retired. I could not be more happy. I have been to 2 separate appointments over the past 6 months and have been very pleased. From their front office staff, to the hygienist, to Dr. Debbie Titus, I have received wonderful care. I have heard very good things about Debbie’s husband Gary also who is also a dentist at this office. I can easily recommend this dental office.

The staff was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. The experience exceeded expectations and the music was great! Dr’s Debbie and Gary Titus are an amazing team. Absolutely AWFUL! Paid high prices for cosmetic dentistry which they messed up multiple times and then treated me like dirt for their mistake. Extremely unprofessional. DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A DENTIST THAT CARES ABOUT YOU OR THEIR WORK!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Unprofessional and greedy try to overcharge. Zero stars if I could. paid for expensive dental work all up front large sum for some major and cosmetic dental work for bridge. They got it wrong and didn't do good job but I was patient when they reordered bridge to fit properly despite multiple days off of work i ahd to come in to have it re-fitted for their mistakes and lack of detail. Finally finished the work- everything was fine, they invited to come back and make appt for next other work I need done. i had crown fall out and called for emergency dental appt. They made appt, and sent me text confirmation, I confirmed and asked if I needed new X-rays since I had some on file from not that long ago..: they said yes I said ok, then they texted me and said actually we are cancelling your business and you need to find a new dentist. I'm so confused- I had work done was invited back, paid large chuck $ all up front my bill is paid was courteous showed up and now you don't want me as client and I have emergency and you wait to text me at 4:45pm to cancel me??? Never again. Highly don't recommend. If your cosmetic dentist, you should know what you're doing and not get irritated and cancel a good client because you actually had to do good work and do your job Especially for insane amount charged. Ridiculous. very unprofessional. I asked them why and if they could clarify caz I'm completely confused at a loss--and was ignored and hung up on. RUNNNNNNNN STAY AWAY- esp for any major work or cosmetic dental!

We are a little confused by the review, as the first part describes being very unhappy with the care received, while the second part expresses frustration that our office would not schedule additional treatment. There are times when we may feel that our office is simply not the best fit for someone moving forward.
