Crystal Touch’s first module online rehabilitation program is perfect for people living outside of Europe. It was perfect for me because I couldn’t afford to travel from the United States to the Netherlands. The zoom calls with my facilitator Jana were so convenient. Jana’s teaching sessions were detailed and the facial exercises were described in a thorough manner so that I could practice these exercises on my own. I especially loved the detailed facial images so I could refer back to them and memorize them! Jana was kind, funny, engaging, patient, empathetic and positive. She made sure that I understood why we were doing certain exercises and answered any and all of my questions. Jana helped me to feel hopeful again. As the sessions continued, when I was astonished by my progress, she just kept encouraging me to continue further for even greater leaps and bounds in my facial progress and symmetry!
I am extremely satisfied with the results of my face and I know my future face will look more and more symmetrical thanks to Jana at Crystal Touch. I have more facial movement, symmetry and love the way I look in the mirror. Best of all, I feel no more aching facial pain! That old palsy pain is miraculously gone! I now have my confidence back after three long years of wondering if I would ever look like myself again! I will be forever grateful for the work of your practice for the betterment of people’s lives that fall prey to Bell’s Palsy and Synkinesis. I once had a surgeon in the states say to me that there was no hope for the dimpling of my chin without surgery. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking to improve their facial synkinesis. It's a gentle but very transformative experience. The changes I've experienced have been remarkable. Even though I've finished my 'treatment,' I plan on returning for annual tune-ups. My only regret is that I didn't find it sooner since I've been suffering with synkinesis for over 18 years.

I can't recommend Crystal Touch enough. I worked with therapists at three different health care systems in the US, and each eventually discharged me because "there is nothing more we can do." Crystal Touch fully understands the physical implications of facial palsy (tightness, synkinesis, inability to do basic functions) and the emotional feelings behind it. I was fortunate to go in-person to their clinic for my pre- and post-sessions, and I did five sessions over a year on Zoom. I regained function in my face (eye closure, minimizing teary-eyes and synkinesis overall) after seven years since my on-set, and I also have the tools to continue to make progress by doing physical therapy/stretching/relaxation exercises on my own each day. I am very hopeful that I will continue to make progress, based on their tailored approach (even to regain my wide smile!)

Suffered from Bell's palsy 3 years ago, and hasn't been treated properly, and since then I have had an asymmetry, tightness and random pains in the neck that bothered me a lot.
After only 4 months of the treatment and daily exersises, the symmetry improved big time, I know how to deal with neck pains, and the big phycological work has been done, too. I feel way calmer and more confident now.
The treatment is not cheap but it was absolutely worth it.
I developed Bell's palsy on 2021. After acupuncture, physical therapy and a couple of Botox treatments, my face was still asymmetrical and even though I did not have pain, I had a tightness on the affected side that was a continuous reminder of my condition.
In 2022 I was told that my face could not improve more and I had to leave with it.
Then I found Crystal Touch. My first interview with Alex gave me hope and I decided to start the treatment. In my first visit I found so much warmth, understanding and empathy that it quickly calmed my nerves and any reluctance I might had.
I started to notice a difference after my first visit. I had a particular spot on the side of my mouth that was always tense, even Botox did not help with it. After the first visit and wonderful massages by Elena and Jana, this spot was a lot more relaxed, and what's better, it has never reverted to being as bad!
It was made very clear to me from the beginning that my recovery would depend on me. Elena and Jana are there to guide the patients and teach the exercises, but my recovery depends on my time and my efforts.
I have now done 5 visits to the clinic. My face is a lot better than it was. I've realised that now I forget about my face. It is still not the same as before, but it has improved to the point that many people do not notice that I have this condition, whereas before it was very obvious.
I am very grateful to Crystal touch and would recommend it without hesitation. Their treatment is not easy, it requires investment of time and money but for me it is worth every euro and every second I have spent on it. They gave me hope when I had none and after the treatment I am a much happier person that I was before.

I recommend Crystal Touch Clinic to anyone experiencing synkinesis. They will design an individual recovery program for you.
They have different doctors specializing in different areas of your recovery. Dr. Alex uses advanced equipment to measure the electrical impulses of your nerves to the facial muscles. Dr. Elena uses her keen perceptiveness to design personalized movements, techniques and exercises you will do daily that slowly train your brain to engage the right muscles of your face. Jana does wonders explaining and practicing the exercise movements and finishes up the treatment with the most divine facial massages you ever had, which remove any stress, tension or pain points on your face.
I did a hybrid rehab program at the clinic. I went in person five times and had two sessions remotely. They give you the tools but it’s up to you to do the work, consistently, patiently and trusting that it will work. It definitely does!
When I first went to the clinic, I was unable to move my mouth without moving my affected eye. That is now very much improved. I couldn’t press my lips together, and now I can. I couldn’t pronounce the letter B or P, and now I am able to. I also know what to do now when my face starts hurting from excess tension. My face is more symmetrical now. I can smile for pictures.
I still have more work to do but I feel I now have the tools to continue improving. Most people that meet me for the first time now don’t notice I ever had bell’s palsy. I recommend this clinic to anyone wanting to recover from synkinesis.
I developed BP in 2019 and struggled with the after-effects of synkinesis (tightness, cramping, asymmetry, unwanted motion of facial muscles) ever since. I was told by doctors 11 months after the onset of BP that my face was "about 60% functional" and that it would never get any better.
I tried acupuncture and I also had several facial rehabilitation sessions with a therapist via Zoom, but when she suggested Botox, I balked. As much as I wanted to improve, I was not looking for Botox or surgery as a solution, but I understand why many choose to go down these routes.
Crystal Touch is not a quick-fix solution. It takes work. It is also an investment of time and money - unless you're lucky enough to live very close to the clinic. I went in hopeful but skeptical. Hopeful that the tightness and knotted muscles in my face would relax by even 20%. Hopeful that symmetry in my smile when taking photos could be improved by even 10%. This is all subjective. What first appealed to me about CT was the non-subjectivity of the intake assessments: Alex conducted electrostimulation tests so that I could see the difference in strength between the affected and non-affected sides of my face. The tests also showed what muscles were working when they weren't supposed to and at what strength (e.g. being asked to close your eyes and feeling your mouth/cheek pull up involuntarily)
After 5 visits to the clinic, the tightness in my face has diminished significantly. If I had to put a number on it, I would say by 80%. I can blink without feeling my mouth pulling. I regained confidence: after the 3rd session, I bought my first eyeliner in 5 years! I still see asymmetry in my smile in photos but I know I have the tools and the ability to improve this.
I do the personalised physical facial exercises every day and also daily try put into practice the mental aspect Elena and Jana have taught me: the peaceful mind which helps prevent unconscious muscle contraction. Elena and Jana are absolutely wonderful at what they do.
I am so grateful for this clinic. I am also grateful for the opportunity to be able to work on improvement every day thanks to what I have learned from Crystal Touch. It's amazing that it has not just helped my synkinesis, but also my reaction to stressful events.

I have found Crystal Touch Clinic on you tube while searching for some improvements for my synkinesis which appeared during my recovery from Bell's palsy in 2022. Initially I have read the details from the web page of Crystal Touch Clinic and listened to all Crystal Touch Clinic videos which I managed to find. What made me an impression is that the explanations given by the specialists from Crystal Touch clinic are indicating very well my condition and are giving some meaningful clue how I can improve it. I have had very positive life experience with all specialists from the clinic - they are very polite, very kind and open minded. Elena is a wonderful person who understands deeply the psychological impact of Bells Palsy and its complications, she welcomes and teaches her patients very warmly and gentle, gives very good tips and practical advises for the rehabilitation program daily routine, highlights the self-respect and nourishes the self-esteem of her patients. Alex explains the nature of the synkinesis and how we should be working with our brain as well, in order to relief the synkinetic condition. Jana is very gentle, as well, she has a great skills in deep massage and has developed an extremely good sense of observing all face movements and disorders. I am very glad with the rehabilitation program which I followed in Crystal Touch Clinic and I would encourage all people with complications like synkinesis or chronic pains or any kind of complications after Bells palsy or Ramsey Hunt syndrome to visit the clinic. The results of improvement do not happen over a week - much more time, patience, discipline and goodwill are needed.

From my initial virtual consultation with Alex, he was able to explain the reasons for my experience of facial soreness, muscle tension, and lack of face movement (e.g. asymmetrical smile) even after “recovery” from Bell’s Palsy. No one else had been able to do this, including my doctor. From our initial conversation I understood what I could do to help alleviate my symptoms. I travelled to Rotterdam for an initial assessment where I met Alex , Elena, and Jana in person. Everyone was very warm and welcoming. The clinic is modern, clean, and neat. I had initial diagnostics completed. Then, Jana started teaching me exercises to do at home myself. I completed the rest of the program virtually. Since doing the program I have noticed that my facial muscles are not as tense as before I started daily exercises. I now have no more pain. When I smile, my one eye does not close, which was one of the most concerning symptoms. Crystal Touch Clinic gave me my smile back, and I can't express my gratitude enough. In November 2023, I had an accident that left the left side of my face completely paralyzed. The doctor and neurologist at the hospital told me my nerve wasn't working anymore. They performed a rather basic assessment, and I thought I'd have to live with the paralysis.
When I arrived at Crystal Touch, Alex immediately assured me that my nerve was still functioning and that with the right exercises and guidance, I could recover. He conducted an extensive measurement of my nerve and showed me it was indeed still active. This demonstrated the clinic's deep knowledge of facial nerves and reassured me that I was in good hands.
After the first session, my face became more symmetric, and after the second, movement began to return. It's important to note that you need to do the exercises frequently at home. Each month, they provide new exercises tailored to your current stage of recovery, but consistency is key. The team at Crystal Touch is highly professional and empathetic. You’ve been fantastic and made a big difference to how I look and feel about my face. I had Ramsey Hunt Syndrome (RHS - Shingles in my left ear), which did a lot of damage to the nerves on the left side of my face. I was concerned that nothing could be done nearly 5 years after having RHS, but with your program and guidance it has made a considerable difference. Паралич Белла случился со мной в январе 2022 года. Я была на последних сроках беременности. Естественное восстановление подвижности лица продолжалось долго и в какой-то момент сильно замедлилось/ остановилось. Образовались синкинезии. Кое-где подвижность так и не восстановилась. Была у нескольких неврологов в России, также и в Институте Склифосовского в Клинике Лица, где мне сказали, что единственный вариант в моем случае - это ботокс или операция, подвижность невосстановленных мышц уже не вернётся, «радуйтесь тому, что есть». В декабре 2022г мне поставили ботокс, но к февралю все негативные проявления паралича Белла вернулись.
В феврале 2023г в интернете я случайно наткнулась на информацию про клинику Cristal Touch. Прошла консультацию у Алексея Юрьевича.
Свое лечение в клинике Cristal Touch я начала в конце марта 2023 года. И там в лице своего реабилитолога я встретила не только доктора, терапевта, а также психолога, экстраординарного открытого жизнерадостного человека, который искренне пытается помочь и поддержать не только с проблемами лица, но и жизненными неурядицами. Елена Борисовна не только «лечит» непосредственно лицо (паралич Белла), но также делится своей женской мудростью, которая оказалось столько необходима мне в этот период времени. А в какой-то момент дает ненавязчивый совет, который воспринимается как добрый искренний мамин совет)) Благодаря такой помощи, я стала увереннее, жизнерадостнее, психологически более устойчивой и спокойной. И это все (отношение, физическая и ментальная работа с лицом, а также психологическая работа с душой) в совокупности существенно ФИЗИЧЕСКИ повлияло на состояние моего лица. Лицо выровнялось, стало спокойным, морщины разгладились, я научилась контролировать и чувствовать свое лицо и мышцы. Синкинезии сильно уменьшились. Напряжения на поврежденной стороне практически не бывают, ощущения правой и левой сторон лица, можно сказать, сравнялись. Да, со стороны моего перфекционизма есть еще над чем работать, но и положительные изменения колоссальны. Столько изменений только за полгода! Я планирую продолжать лечение и дальше. То ли еще будет)
Приветствую всех! Хочу оставить отзыв об этой клинике. Здесь работают высокопрофессиональные врачи, где применяются разные виды консультаций. Очень понравилось и как позже оказалось действенным и эффективным персональная видео консультация врача нейрореабилитолога, основателя клиники Алексея Пашова. Удивительное чувство реальной консультации: осмотр, выслушивание, изучение анамнеза и конечно же непосредственное обучение самомассажу, подробная освещение этапов восстановления. Я благодарю доктора за чуткость, внимательность, человечность. P.S. доктор работает от души-сопереживая, вместо запланированных 40 минут он отработал со мной более часа.
