We had a great experience working with the Cransten Handyman team for our commercial floor repair. Scheduling was quick and easy, and communication was clear and professional throughout the process. The technician, Mr. Michael, arrived on time, thoroughly assessed the issue, and provided a detailed explanation of the problem, the recommended solution, and the service fee before moving forward with repairing our commercial retail space's concrete floor. The work was completed efficiently, and all the issues were resolved. We truly appreciate his quality workmanship, transparency, and attention to detail. One of the best companies to work with in the area—highly recommended.

Recently used Cransten for a laundry list of jobs at the house. John Bergner was our handyman from Cransten and he was fantastic. Excellent work, very professional and respectful and just a pleasure to work with. Will definitely use Cransten for all our future handyman needs.

I highly recommend Cransten’s handyman professionals. Matt Maxfield did beautiful work smoothing 3 ceilings in my home. My can-do attitude is no match for the experience & craftsmanship of a pro. He’d previously replaced 4 interior doors with solid wood ones, fitting each neatly in the existing jam. Next up—front door replacement after Matt answered my many questions clearly & respectfully.

Fantastic work to fix some problems with my stairs from Joe! He even took some extra steps to make sure things were secure that I didn't mention but still under the estimated cost

Great experience, had 2 contractors here from Cransten over 4 days. Every day, they were very thorough in both quality of work and their cleanup. Even mid-project, the house was very clean before they left each day. Cranston is NOT the least expensive service by any stretch, but as we've been burned in the past, you get what you pay for. These guys are top notch. Insiders tip: they charge a premium if they have to purchase materials, but you can buy a gift card to your closest Lowes/HD for then to use and avoid the upcharge.

Very convenient handyman service. Been calling them each time I have flooring issues, creaking subfloors, and stair issues. They've taken care of the fixes every time.

The people and repairman are nice, I called and had them replace a toilet they quoted 560 and misunderstanding was that was labor only . The bill out the door was 863 pretty expensive for a handyman

Useful Report

Reply from Cransten Remodeling 2026.02.25

Sorry for any misunderstandings, Ryan, yes $560 is our minimum fee to come and do any project. Many customers will add multiple projects to make the $560 worth while. When selecting a new toilet, it appears you went with one that was a bit more expensive. We are happy to help with anything else. Thank you
