Booked an apartment for 8 days with my family. Ended up leaving after 5. Upon arrival the sink didn't work and leaked water all over the kitchen floor. Then the freezer couldn't close the door and finally the dishwasher didn't work. There was a hamam and sauna available for the tenants but the two times we wanted to use it, it didn't work. Overall the apartment was a bit tired but there was everything you needed and fair to be said. They fixed the problems within a day except for the sauna and hamam. Still with the price in mind we probably won't book the same apartment again.

Great place, location was very convenient. Hosts were responsive. Fyi upstairs room is small. House itself worked really well, downstairs ski room was superb for us as advanced skiers.. There was 8 of us and we never felt on top of each other

This was an excellent place for a group ski trip to Chamonix. The Chateau is absolutely stunning and very cozy. It’s located less than a 2 minute walk from the Flégère gondola allowing for easy access to the slopes. Also, a 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop allows for easy access to town center. Highly recommend this place for anyone planning a trip to Chamonix.

Excellent séjour ! Le chalet était très propre, parfaitement équipé et vraiment confortable. La vue est magnifique et l’emplacement à Taconnaz, aux Houches, est idéal pour se reposer et profiter de la montagne. Honnêtement, il ne manquait presque rien, tout est pensé pour passer un très bon séjour. Merci aussi à l’agence Cozee Rentals pour son professionnalisme. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Our group of 5 friends stayed for 3 nights in January and had an utterly wonderful time. The chalet is perfectly located on a quiet corner, directly opposite the ski hire shop, 1 minute to the Flégère lift or ski bus to other areas. There is a gorgeous restaurant and bar on the adjacent roundabout, a lovely small apres bar (petite social) and a small gourmet shop on the main road. Very easy to get into main Chamonix too.The chalet itself is cosy, modern, well equipped with comfy beds. 5 adults felt like an ideal group size. In the space,Finally, the host communication was impeccable; friendly, accommodating, easy, quick responses. We really couldn’t have asked for more. Very grateful to Tom and the cosy rentals team. We all said we’d return as a close friend group or with our families. Beautiful memories, I’ll be back
