I booked my honeymoon for tenirefe, and decided to go through club canary for all excursions. All I can say is, absolute life saver going this route. Went above and beyond for any request I had! Excellent service Really impressed with this company. We had a stargazing trip cancelled at the last minute by a different operator and contacted Club Canary who at first had no spaces. However, as soon as they had a cancellation they contacted me, even though this was late in the evening. I dealt with Sara, who couldn’t have been more helpful. Really good communication ahead of the trip which was amazing.

Special 18th Birthday Celebration We contact Roy regarding a special day for our sons 18th Birthday. We decided on the boat trip and we were so impressed by professionalism of the Club Canary team. Dora was amazing and organised the cake , food, drinks and flowers exactly as requested. The day was wonderful, the team on the boat were lovely to us and took care of every detail. The food was exceptional as were the cocktails. We wasn’t out and saw the pod of pilot whales which was amazing and all had a ride on the jet skis. All in all a fabulous day. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an das Team von Club Canary, ganz besonders an Lorenzo! ​Mir wurde über Club Canary ein externer E-Bike-Vermieter vermittelt, bei dem es leider erhebliche Probleme gab, da die gelieferten Fahrräder massive Mängel aufwiesen. ​Lorenzo hat sich der Sache sofort persönlich angenommen. Er hat nicht nur professionell zwischen uns vermittelt, sondern auch dafür gesorgt, dass ein Abrechnungsfehler korrigiert wurde und ich mein Geld zurückbekommen habe. ​Es ist toll zu sehen, dass Club Canary nicht nur Ausflüge verkauft, sondern wirklich für seine Kunden da ist, wenn es mal hakt.
