Cape Ceilings & Drywalling Reviews

Listen up people!! These guys are professionals! From the moment we got in touch to obtain a quote, to when their vehicle left our property, there was never a hint of anything unsettling. They know their insulation stuff and their pricing is excellent. Not only has our ceiling been vacuumed and rid of 30+years of dust and dead bodies, we are going to have a cool summer and warm winter from now on!! Thank you to Cape Ceilings & Dry Walling - in particular to Louise and David and his whole A-Team. (AND we wish you all the best with the new factory/premises!!)

We recently had Cape Ceiling and Drywalling install Knauf insulation for us, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From our first interaction with Louise-Ann, who was always friendly, helpful and on the ball, through to David and the installation team, the whole process was handled professionally and without any fuss. The guys arrived when they said they would, worked neatly and efficiently, and the quality of the installation was excellent. I also really appreciated Peter’s involvement as the owner. It’s not often these days that you deal with a company where the owner is genuinely involved and takes pride in making sure the job is done properly. Everyone we dealt with was professional, respectful, and simply pleasant to have around. The workmanship speaks for itself, but it was the people, communication, and attention to detail that really stood out for us. It has been a genuine pleasure working with Cape Ceiling and Drywalling, and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you to Louise-Ann, David, Peter, and the entire team — excellent work! 👏

Had the Knauf insulation installed. From getting the quote and making arrangements for the installations I had clear communication from the team, on time and efficient. No mess and no fuss and they did a great job. Highly recommend. Thanks guys

I wish my experience was different however after making contact with the otherwise very friendly team, they came out and were supposed to produce a quote. I called 3 times, requesting said quote and was promised a call back confirming if would be sent and nothing was sent to me. This was the most disappointing experience. I think the opportunity that exists is more streamlined administration management. So there is no over promising and under delivery.

I would just like to express my appreciation for the professionalism of your team. Right from the first response to my email requesting a quote which was answered quickly through to this final email your responses have been quick and professional. The communication to me around scheduling and even when you had unforeseen issues with your vehicle, you kept me informed and delivered a slick service. The work undertaken was completed efficiently and smoothly despite having to contend with rain and my house was cleaned and left in exactly the same state as before your team had started. I am very impressed with your service which certainly went above and beyond my expectations.

Great service, great product. The house is about 5 - 7 degrees cooler in summer and I assume the same will happen in winter. All in all, in my opinion a very good investment for your house.
