We signed up for Greiner's annual maintenance program about 6 months ago. We had our second service today and the agent, Carlos, was terrific. He completed the tune-up quickly and efficiently. Carlos explained all that he did and gave us a complete analysis. Great service.

Ray was awesome and fixed problem with system very quickly. Turns out the fuse had blown and reason HVAC or heat would not turn on. He also checked everything thoroughly…highly recommend!!

Kody was awesome! He spent several hours with us, taking the time to really understand what we needed and walking us through all of our options. In the end, it turned out that our best option was to replace the entire system, which was a big decision for us.
What really stood out was how kind, patient, and knowledgeable Kody was throughout the entire process. He never made us feel rushed or pressured, and he took the time to answer all of our questions and explain the details so we could feel confident in our decision. We really appreciated his professionalism and genuine willingness to help. Excellent experience from start to finish! I’m glad I called Greiner!
