We had ONE WAY come and inspect our failed unit and were charged $125 for a “residential service fee” when no service was performed except for the requested estimate that is advertised on Google as free. We’ll be utilizing someone else to complete the work due to this shady money-grab tactic.

Nick came out and to service the unit and found a weak part. He stayed until we could get authorization to have it repaired. Very friendly and explained the work that needed to be done.And showed why we needed it fixed would definitely use them again.
