We had Grant come service our AC which was acting up and not cooling. Grant came in very professional and figured out the problem quickly, he then explained what needed to be done. Grant has my AC blowing so cold the wife needed a blanket highly recommend this young man knows his stuff with 7 years experience HVAC. Thanks Doug’s for sending Grant our way!

Got some electrical work done in a mobile home where some 110 outlets were out and a 220 problem existed also work was done but electrician had to come back out to correct his own work

William Wommack called before his arrival to let me know he was on his way. He showed up at 20minutes later. William was very professional, and very pleasant I described the situation we were having with our Hot Water Heater he went and did a thorough inspection of our electrical breaker and said that was all fine there ! and went to the Hot Water Heater and diagnosed the problem. He said he could repair it while he was here in a very time manner. Needless to say I am very pleased that our Hot Water Heater is up and running again all thanks to William! I also want to thank Doug’s for getting someone out to my home I called at 7:00am (during a major freeze situation) and it was repaired by 12:00pm ! I highly recommend Doug’s!

Chet came out but couldn’t or wouldn’t do anything. Says he has to talk to Entergy… Which I hope he is doing today.
