This place was excellent! The staff were very helpful and sincere. You can tell they actually want to help ppl unlike some other programs I've had to work with in the past. Totally recommend!

I came into California Horizon broken,lost,and in psychosis. I wanted help but was afraid of everything and everyone. The moment I stepped inside California Horizon the staff made me feel safe. Even though I was out of mind at the time , no one treated me that way. The staff was very supportive on my journey to sobriety and can relate having experience themselves. Which I found comforting. I learned so many things about myself in groups and was able to share personal struggles privately with a therapist. The motorbike outings at the beach was a blast. Laughing and goofing around with other clients, I felt happiness again. Outside meetings every night was cool . I never felt locked up. Chefs cooking was amazing and if I wanted something special, she made it happen. Chocolates! Loved this place and recommend California Horizon to anyone that needs a safe dedicated place to heal and start a new journey into sobriety! ❤️🙏
